La carne quemada y la mesera que me atendió se sentía Ucraniana y era muy malencarada
Slowww service. Cold steak and potato. The lobster mac must have sat under heat lamp too long- dry and overbaked. Way overpriced and nothing worth writing home about foodwise.
We went for my birthday dinner and it was a great experience. The food was amazing and the setting was beautiful. A must try for anyone coming to Vegas.
Food was good. Service was poor. Took just over an hour before our entrees came out. We watched a table of 4 that was seated after us get served before we did. For a pricey place service was poor.
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner on the veranda overlooking the strip! We had cheese fondu and I highly recommend it. Our filets were cooked to perfection! Its now our new favorite in Las Vegas! We will be back! Service was top notch!!!
Service was a little slow- we were seated for at least 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. One guest ordered a second drink , that again took forever to get....and they were out of their Hamburger for lunch.
The service was great. Wait staff was on point. The cheese bar as well as the fresh meat selection was fantastic. Great wine selection. The main course was lacking for the price point. Overall the main course and sides were just ok. Not bad, but not 60 dollar plates. This was the general consensus of our group. Now, Maybe my expectation was set higher than usual because there are so many great places to eat in Las Vegas.
The Caesar Salad made table-side was disappointing. Too much yellow lettuce and dressing was mediocre. Definitely nothing memorable. The salmon was very good but too many mushrooms.
Will not return with so many other choices.
The food was great, perfectly prepared...Our service made the evening though...had a very helpful and informed waiter that provided excellent guidance.
This was my second time here and it was a huge disappointment - service was very poor and they weren’t that busy perhaps staff were stretched too thin between inside and outside. We ordered a second bottle of wine that never came. The servers brought us food meant for another table. By the time a glass of wine arrived the food had gone cold. For that price and based on our prior wonderful experience we expected better. We won’t be back.
Exceptional service and fantastic fine dining experience.
This was a great experience. They know their meat. Fantastic wine list with an educated Sommelier to assist. Quiet booths and larger tables. Staff was very experienced and food educated.
Been wanting to try this place for awhile, but glad I didn't have to do it on my own tab.
Server greeted us from the beginning by saying "not trying to rush you, but you should hurry up and order". Apps were good, but the steaks were not worth the price - clearly paying for ambiance. Mashed potato side was worse than powered ones from a box.
Restaurant will NOT cork your wine, but did have a pretty wide selection at a reasonable price.
Would only be back if someone else was paying.
The service was average for this level of steak house. I ordered the tartare and it was very small, while the Greek salad was Neal sized. The fillet was good and cooked close to my order. We were disappointed overall as we expected a premium experience. No gluten free bread options.
Fantastic food and experience, overall just outstanding!!
Would have been nice to know that they were adding a service charge ($250) to my bill ahead of time. Based on the great service we received this practice cost our server $50+ .
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for dining with us at Morels. I sincerely apologize for this and it will be looked into and addressed to my team. If you decide to join us again in the future please let me know, I would love an opportunity to personally welcome you back. Sincerely, Andy St. John General Manager
For a nice steakhouse like this, I was very disappointed with the steak. It was not tender, quality was very average at best, and when you consider the price, it was a complete disappointment. I've not been to Ruth's Chris, but have been to several other high end steak houses and the quality was far superior. The people, service, atmosphere, all were excellent. The steak, and the Asparagus, also not very good.
As always, Morels was outstanding.
Group booking. General feeling from our guests ... it was ‘ok’ food ‘ok’ service ‘ok’. Have previously used the restaurant for breakfast meetings and it’s been good. I think our group was too big and we should have aimed for a private dining facility
Great food and atmosphere, appreciated the great service!
Had to send back three out of seven entrees. Salmon was like a rubber chicken and there were no bones in a Rib In steak 🙄. Enough said.
Not worth the money. Service was good, however the food was not great. Crabmeat appetizer contained no lump crabmeat and was the stringy backfin crabmeat used to make cheap frozen crab cakes. We both ordered steaks and my wife ordered medium + pink center but it came out medium rare. After sending it back to the kitchen it came back well done. I ordered the 14oz ribeye which was okay, but just okay. 2nd highest check price of our 10 day visit to Las Vegas at $298, however it was probably the worst meal we had. We should have know it would not be good as it was 8:00 pm on a Friday night and there were only 24-26 people in the restaurant. Everyone in Vegas except us must have known it wasn't a good place to dine.
Went for breakfast and two of us shared Belgian waffles, fruit plate, bacon, avacado toast, coffee and latte.
Service was outstanding, food rather expensive but I think maybe typical of Las Vegas. Considered $$
Celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Sat out and n the patio, great view and was a beautiful evening.
It was ok! Not terrible, but just ok!
Had the crab legs-BEST... I had the filet it wasnt tender of any flavor, green beans for the side-SO SO..we had Mushrooms also for side naaaah so so , eatable...will not order that again or the green beans, boyfriend had the Rib Eye he liked it, desert was ok..not impressive, Service was good..glad we tried but I've had better especially for a steakhouse
I would recommend as the restaurant is very good for business dinner.
We specifically asked for our food to come out slowly so we could “dine.
There was no time between salad and main course. The waiter, manager were right on and apologized.
The food was great, our second time there, just wish we had not been rushed.
WONDERFUL service and attention to detail. We had a great time.
Loved that French press coffee. All staff outstanding.
Great Food with even better service! Absolutely recommend.
Very nice superb service good food
All of the food was under seasoned and not worth the price. Our server was excellent and very attentive but doubtful we will be back.
Bloody mary cart was incredibly good and food and service were superb
Lovely meal with an attentive server. Bottomless mimosas were a hit within our wedding party. We had lots of dietary requirements that were well catered for.
Food was just not great. Menu selections were not very French which is what we were looking for. Fondu was lukewarm, lumpy, and did not taste great. Accompanying dipping bread was mediocre store bought baguette at best.
Lackluster flavors on everything else we ordered (quiche, both crepes, crab Benedict).
Service was fantastic - really the only redeeming quality to the whole experience.
We were here 10 years ago for my husbands 50th so as we were in Vegas with friends family again we decided to come back and celebrate his 60th birthday here.
Firstly there was no atmosphere I think only one other table occupied inside, then the waiter was just rude, which when your paying about $175 20% for service (which is automatically added, so perhaps they don’t feel the need to work for it) you’d expect good service.
I mentioned to the waiter myself and my sister were dairy intolerant ie not because we are on a diet we are ill which they don’t seem to understand in a lot of restaurants in the US, and to make it easy we would order the same dishes so we were accommodating. I asked if it would be possible to do one of the fish dishes dairy free, he was just very off hand like we were being a real pain, he wasn’t sure that chef could?? In a top restaurant they can’t taylor the dish dairy free?? So to make it easier I said in that case could we have the fish just plain with some plain vegetables, and got the same response, like he was doing us a massive favour, our total bill was over a $1000 and he’s doing us a favour. Then when the starter came up there was only one dairy free dish, we asked where the other was and he said he thought we were sharing?? Not sure where he got that from as we just said we would have the same to make it easy.
I must say I think everyone was happy with their food, mine was when I got it very nice, it was the service that really ruined it on what was supposed to be a special night. Also we went to bar after and the guy serving there was lovely, guess were just unlucky at the table.
Brian, at the bar, was amazing! I had the ham & gruyere crepes and my husband had the omelet. We loved both, as well as our drinks, but Brian really made the experience great. We will be back!
My dinner companion and I both decided on the short rib plate. The meat was so tender and perfectly seasoned. The plate came with nice sides to accompany the short rib. He had french onion soup for a starter and enjoyed it very much. The wines by the glass were quite pricey but the meal was a good deal for Vegas of today. I do miss the Vegas I used to know but the food quality is excellent even if reflected in the price. The service staff is attentive.
