   Loved the restaurant, would definitely go back. Only problem was that even with a reservation on Open Table, they put us at a table that was too small for our party of 4 so we were a little crowded- maybe that’s just a NYC thing

   At Morandi the food is always good, room buzzy and cheerful but the service can be little lackadaisical though.

   Dependable, pleasant & excellent place for a good conversation or business meeting at lunch. Dinners can get loud, but it's an exuberant loud and not unpleasant, and the food is unsurprising but fresh & well prepared.

   My friend and I have enjoyed dinner here over 40 times in the past 18 months. The standard menu (with its numerous appetizers) is outstanding, and the seasonal specials never disappoint.

   So loud!! Food was good but many large groups eating dinner and could barely hear my colleague speak.

   Morandi is still one of the best restaurants in the NYC!!!!!!!The food is always amazing....Prices are good and its always packed with a super crowd.....

   Morandi always delivers great food, and the room is a winner. Love it. But the noise level at Morandi is beyond. I made the huge mistake of arranging a business dinner here, and we literally had to shout the entire evening. If you are looking to spend an evening with a lot of loud, screaming pretty young things, this is your place. Otherwise, save Morandi for lunch.

   Pleasant room and vibe, but got exceedingly loud after 800pm. Service was less than attentive as the room filled. Delicious Brussels sprouts salad. My fish was flavorful, but definitely overcooked. Gelato had a weird salty aftertaste--couldn't finish it. Might give them another try in warmer weather, at an outdoor table on a less crowded evening.

   Always a culinary experience. We loved the lemon pasta, burrata, meatballs and foccia to start. As entrees the eggplant, grilled chicken and Bologna’s eggs were amazing.

    Loved the food! Standouts were the gnocchi with mushrooms and the lemon Parmesan pasta. Service was great, we were there early and it was cozy and quiet—could see it getting quite noisy as the room fills up... but I’d definitely go back and highly recommend.
