   Was .our first visit, but WONT be our last. White tablecloth and fantastic menu believe the bp name “tavern”. Couldn’t have been happier with the total experience!

   Our server was excellent ! She explain the menu specials and our cocktails were spot on great. She recommended the Tomahawk chop and it was spectacular. The only disappointment was the Cesar salad. It had minimal dressing, little to no shaved parm and few anchovies. Dessert was delicious. We will be back !

   This was not our first dining experience at Mooncussers. We have never had anything but an enjoyable delicious meal and wonderful and friendly service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary, we ate in the dining room, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. We got a burger 🍔 and the tomahawk pork chop with fingerling potatoes and fiddleheads. Both meals were delicious, our server was knowledgeable about the menu and very pleasant. I wanted to get dessert but was too full from dinner. We will be going back A+

   It’s a tavern. It’s what you’d expect, however, the menu was extremely limited and way overpriced for what they offered. I paid $32 for a 7 oz. Statler chicken and expected a much larger portion than what it was. The fried polenta was extremely salty. My wife had the Steak frites and the sauce they put on it was a dill/mustard combination Too much dill. Her fries were perfect. Very disappointing overall. Waiter seemed very rushed and discombobulated. This was a 1 and done experience for the price of what little you get. BTW - the limited menu was the Winter menu. It’s almost May. Need to change the menu.
