This was a step back in time. We were regulars for decades, since the 60s but now live in Lake Las Vegas. Vicky, our amazing server was still there. Such a wonderful reunion with delicious food, great ambiance, and fabulous Vicky. A definite must.

I made a reservation a couple weeks ahead of time for indoor seating. We were sat in the outside tent, on lawn chairs. Don't overbook reservations for inside if you don't have enough tables inside. The prices are outrageous for zero ambience. I'm positive I won't be returning.

Our waiter, Chuck, was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We started with French onion soup which was delicious - hot, cheesy and full flavored! The steak and fish were great - the Chilean sea bass was moist and well cooked and the 12 oz filet was cooked perfectly to medium rare, as requested. The large plate of fries was absolutely delicious - thinly sliced, perfectly cooked fries! A lovely evening, delicious food, great service - we'll be back! And they DO take Samsung Pay for those who like to use their mobile payment app. Chuck bet me $100 that their system would not take my mobile app - I should have taken the wager! He would have owed me $100!

DEEEEEEELICIOUS!!!!! I swear, our blackened salmon & steaks always come out perfect! The people working there, all of them, are friendly and fun & on top of it. The drinks are fantastic. My husband gets fried calamari & says they are the best. I love the shrimp cocktail.....they are huge! Already excited to go back!

First off, party of 5 for early Mother’s Day dinner. I noted this in the open table app as well as a special request for a chocolate crème brûlée special order. Apparently the info never got to the restsurant and/or the restaurant never passed the info to the waiter. Place wasn’t busy. However, service was painfully slow. Then just multiple frustrations - steak ordered medium came well done, 10 minutes to get utensils for steak, baked potatoes ordered without chives was loaded with chives, head waiter disappeared for 15 mins at a time and ultimately the check took forever to come. I get it if this was a holiday or special event day but it was a Friday night that was totally quiet. Waiter wasn’t quality checking the order and this turned an opportunity we were looking forward to, into a C-/D+ experience. Is Monty’s steakhouse on the ropes? At a time where food prices are so ridiculously high, I wouldn’t waste my money on this place and I hope they get their act together quickly. Real disappointment.

Party of five seated promptly. Moderately busy. Service was a bit slow at every step water silverware menu appetizers main fish. Cordial service just slow. Food was delicious and that’s why we were there. Don’t expect cheap. It’s not that. Worth the price.

The meal was superb, and the service from George was top notch. His service is over and above what we expect from a restaurant wait person. He never fails to amaze us with what he remembers we like and changing anything that is NOT to our liking. What a perfect evening always. We are regulars because off him and of course the best steaks ever. You must try the Jalapeño corn. Wow.

Very expensive, and the food was nothing to write home about for that price. We were a party of four and two of us shared a plate and no alcoholic beverages. Granted we got a decent amount of food. We spent $350 but definitely were not wowed for that kind of money I expect to be drooling over the food. Also steak comes by itself very lonely on the plate. It should come at least with french fries or broccoli, and then people can order some thing else as well.

I rated the noise level as moderate because there was a very loud table in the dining room. The food was good but not great. Neither of us ordered the steak and maybe would should have. I had bacon wrapped shrimp which was very rich and salty and my husband ordered the sand dabs which he described as bland. Overall this is an old time, dark steakhouse, a bit on the pretentious side and more than a bit pricey. Service was great though, they never let our water glasses get more than half empty!

Been going to Monty’s for a year now. I love the owner, the hostess, the waiters, the bartenders and the busboys! The food is great! The staff feels like family and honestly everything is perfect every time! Our server David made my sister’s bday amazing last night. He is perfection!!! The filet was very dry without much taste. The rack of lamb was verry disappointing. Had to send mashed potatoes back as they were served cold. Appetizer was great. Wait staff was very good.

We made reservations to celebrate my husbands birthday and were seated in a nice booth immediately. Our waiter was attentive and informative. We ordered a bottle of Cabernet and onions rings to start. The onion rings were huge and meaty. Delicious! The we ordered French onion soup. Outstanding! For our entree, I ordered a petit filet mignon and my husband ordered. New York steak. Both were cooked perfectly at medium rare. For our side we ordered sautéed spinach. It was a delightful evening.
