The Red Room bathes our guests in the warm glow of red light as they enjoy a customized dining experience or order straight from the menu. Seating up to 22 guests, this dining space is not a private room, and is adjacent to our lounge. The Blue room offers the same flexibility in the soft glow of blue light, and a relaxing twenty foot water wall. Seating up to 40 guests, this room is completely private.

Orders were wrong, food was cold. Server was slow service was slow and it wasn’t that busy. Food was under cooked. Got charges for a meal we didn’t order

Our 2nd time at this restaurant. 1st time was superb, sadly this time was disappointing. I ordered the bouillabaisse and it was very bland. Had a tummy ache afterwards. My husband ordered the sea bass dish and was very happy with it. With the high ceilings, the noise level made it difficult to talk over our table for two.

Food and service were excellent. We would definitely dine here again. If at all possible, it would be helpful if some type of sound absorbers could be mounted on the ceiling, we traveled about 40 min and would again because food and service were wonderful.

We had a great meal, but our server was not very friendly, and her attitude was the only negative in an otherwise wonderful meal.

This is by far on our Algonquin favorite list. We love to do small plates to experience many different flavors. Service is solid. Each visit delivers. We can enjoy special occasions, have a date night, or bring the family.

The people at Montarra Grill, from the moment we walked in , then to the bar for cocktails, and finally to our table, were great. The food excellent! I had Waygu beef and my wife the Sea bass. Both done to perfection. The only issue, and it was more ours than Montarra was the noise level of the place. They were very busy with several large parties. So, as I say the issue was ours. Everyone was having a great time and so were we. Top marks for a fine restaurant that we will again patronage soon.

Probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Delicious! I was there for my Birthday with two others. Everything we ordered was great! No leftovers because we ate it all. So very good. The menu said “Happy Birthday “, nice touch. The only disappointment was that they did not provide a Birthday treat. Three people spending over $300.00 should warrant the Birthday girl getting a scoop of ice cream. Not a deal breaker but something would have been nice. I am already looking forward to returning to try different offerings. This place is wonderful.
