There is a point where the proximity of tables ruins the dining experience. Mr. B has gone past this limit. Tables are so close that we could have eaten off the plates at the next table. The noise level was beyond "energetic" to annoying. We would have left if we had more time before the ballet. Mr. B is OFF our list for pre-ballet dinners.
A high-end dining gem. Elegant yet informal. Not a place to parade your social status. Respectful of person’s privacy.
Fabulous service and food. Enjoyable wines served

Great French bistro food and fun cocktail menu. Staff is very professional, friendly and attentive.
We had a great brunch and our waiter was amazing - super attentive and noted things we needed before we even asked for them! Great food and a great ambiance!
This place seemed special before. Now it seems just average. Staff were pleasant and well trained. The salad was the best dish—fresh and a nice mix of textures and tastes. The burger was all bun, which I discarded. Was pleasant being with friends but I won’t return. The woman who served coffee at the end of the meal was exceptionally good at her job.
Great food and service One problem was the ability to hear the conversation although the waiter tried to see if there was a quieter table there was not
Just know if you want to converse and your older you might miss a few threads!
Otherwise great food staff pre ballet experience!
Tables are quite close together. Makes conversation difficult with your table mate. You are involved in hearing others total conversation. Food very good. Good location for Ballet.
It was an overall great experience.
The service really is excellent; the wine recommendation in particular was fantastic. Would highly recommend the chicken liver pate and the asparagus which were so perfectly executed that they basically melted in my mouth.
