Service was wonderful. Nice atmosphere. Cheese and Chocolate fondue were tasty and they are generous on items to dip. The meat portion was a disappointment. The meats are grilled and not seasoned and the dipping sauces were bland. Fondue is pricey, so I would go for the cheese or chocolate and just pair with wine in the future.

Took my wife there for her Birthday. Even tho we were late for our reservations, they had no problems with that. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mona Lisa was fabulous. The wait staff was polite, friendly and very efficient. The food was delicious and the wine pairing amazing. We enjoyed the wild game entree which offered so many different meats for our enjoyment that aren't offered in your every day establishment. The "Flaming Turtle" dessert was beyond delectable. We had a wonderful evening and would definitely come back again!

The wait staff are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. The food is so-so and overpriced. I really wanted to like it but did not. However, I do hear from several people that give very favorable reviews of the food.

This is the second time my husband and I have dined at the Mona Lisa, and it was just as wonderful and romantic as the first time. The food and service are truly top-notch, and the romance is built into the whole restaurant. We tried the Fontina Cheese this time, and could not get enough! Not too strong or overwhelming, and tasted wonderful with the breads, fruits and vegetables.

It was out first visit. We were not impressed. We were placed in a room that was very bright and noisy because the employees kept coming in and getting things out of the closet. We have been to the Melting Pot, which is another fondue restaurant and they are much better in all aspects, cost, food, ambiance, and service. We will not return...once was enough.

Good food but pricey for the limited amount of meat. Luckily there is plenty of other foods besides meat to fill up on.

Very disappointing experience. My husband and I each ordered the 4 course meal: salad, apetizer cheese fondue, a main course fondue, and a dessert fondue. The salad was not flavorful; seemed the spinache came out of a bag, canned mandarin oranges, too much tasteless dressing. Accompanying bread was tough; butter was hard. Husband's seafood fondue was better than my mixed grill. The teriayki meat was hard and tough. The dipping sauces were average. Most surprising, however, was that the fondue "experience" of the main course is cooked on an electric grill/pan at table. For a $100+ tab (fine w/ paying that if food/experience is good),I expected a true fondue experience. Nobody asked us if we enjoyed our meal. We won't be back
