   I was SO disappointed with our meal at Momofuku. Having waited a long time to finally go and having heard so many great things about it I had been eager to try it at last. My husband and I took my daughter and her boyfriend a few nights ago. The service was terrible - we kept having to flag our waiter to get things and every time he finally came to our table he was blasé and seemed disinterested in us or providing any kind of service. The food was just OK too. Again, amid all the hype, I was expecting it to be terrific - nothing to write home about and it left all of us hungry in spite of our ordering 8 small plates and a birthday cake dessert that 2 of us shared, which was also disappointing. The cake seemed stale and we almost sent it back. Lastly, I ordered a glass of the Normandy Cider and is was one of the smallest pours I think I have ever received. I decided to try a second glass to see if maybe the second pour would be adequate but it was equally small. I would not recommend Momofuku and will not be going back.

   Amazing delicious food! Delightful and incredibly helpful staff. Loved it all and returned the next day for lunch to introduce some friends to Momofuku and they loved it as well!!! Bravo!!!

   From the getgo, we were asked if we had any dietary restrictions or dislikes. Two of us at a table said we'd rather avoid spicy foods and asked the waiter to identify which dishes were spicy. He said only one was spicy so we stayed away from it and ordered plates to share. When the food arrived two of the dishes were too spicy for us to eat. By the time the entrees came we were excited for the pork dish, which is supposed to be one of their highlights but were so disappointed that it was over 1/3 full inedible fat, nut just a little edge that adds texture but nearly half of the meat cut was a thick layer of fat. The ambiance was trendy, hopping, and sadly, a little too touristy. Although we were loyal fans of Momofuku in NYC, we will not return to CCDC Momofuku.

   Everything was excellent! I had high expectations and not a single dish disappointed. I love the style of ordering items for the table and everyone gets to try each dish, as someone who has flavor FOMO it’s how I wish all food was served! We kept thinking we’d found the best dish, only to try the next one and be blown away again. My friends who dined with me couldn’t stop telling people about our dinner for the rest of the weekend. Highly recommended :)

    I loved dining here for a night out with the guys! We ordered cocktails at the bar as our table was prepared, and upon being seated we were promptly greeted by our server who made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. Recommendations and explanations of all menu items were clear and concise, and we were able to decide what we wanted. At first the tasting menu seemed like a great option, but we opted to order multiple dishes and eat family style to get some more variety than what the tasting menu offered. Ultimately, with drinks, tax, and tip, we ended up saving $10-$15 per person over the tasting menu while still feeling perfectly stuffed. The icing on the cake? THE CAKE FROM MILK, which is connected to the restaurant itself. Overall, I loved the food and have walked away with some menu items I definitely want to have again, some that I'd love to try, and also some that I know are best for special occasions. I thought that the pricing was a bit steep for the portion size, but the service made it worthwhile. Cheers!

    My wife and I were truly pleased with the food, the staff. Our waiter was awesome. He answered all our questions in reference to choosing the type of meal we wanted. The food was very good. We are still talking about our experience there with our friends. We definately have recommended the restaurant to our friends.

    This restaurant was everything I hoped it would be. First off, our server, Dominique was excellent-friendly, engaging, and attentive. The food was amazing and the portions were surprisingly hearty. My husband and I shared one item from each section of the menu and I would recommend that in order to try a larger variety of things, or more than one from each section if you are really hungry! The bing with pimento cheese was fantastic and I would eat that everyday. I also really enjoyed the cauliflower side dish and it’s probably one of the best vegetable dishes I’ve ever had. Our main entree, the branzino, was equally delicious. The Old Fashioned cocktail was also great. The only downside was that they had run out of hand-cut noodles, but as our reservation was at 9:15 that certainly could be expected and I won’t fault them for that. I will be thinking about this meal for a long time to come!

    Got to the restaurant and upon looking at the menu, wasn't quite sure if this would be something my family would enjoy. We were wrong. The wasn't one item that we didn't fall in love with. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

    Wonderful and wonderfully innovative dishes with good portions that still allowed us to sample a nice variety of appetizers, mains, and desserts. The service was very attentive but low-stress, and all were so warm to our toddler, which my husband and I especially appreciated. We really look forward to the next visit!

    I was surprised by the menu--no more ramen??!! And a weird bend toward Mediterannean. But the Asian-inspired dieshes were fantasic. Service was very nice, if a bit slow.

    I have been almost six times, but that was my last one. The food goes from fine to bad to worst. Clearly for me the chef is now being a celebrity instead of being a chef. The food wasn't anything surprising. The service was good but only the waiter because the other people look clearly unhappy with their jobs, the bussers didn't take the time to explain the dish, they just put on the table, said something that it wasn't clear and they even don't look at you. The sommelier bring the bottle of wine opened, and I said wait, if I ordered a bottle of wine, I should see opened on the table, well his explanation was that they tried the wine before bringing you to the table, it what world that happen? Definitely I won't go back again, maybe it doesn't mean anything for them, but I realize that before it took me a month to get a reservation there, and now I was able to make a reservation with two weeks in advance and it was the Valentine weekend. I am sure this place will close soon.

    Momofuku CCDC lived up to the hype - their food was excellent and the service was exquisite. We sat at the bar for happy hour and dinner and the bartenders working were attentive, knowledgable, and helpful. The food was gorgeous, fresh, and delicious. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

    Service was excellent. The food was good, not great. Limited selection of food items. Kind of noisy. The room is all hard surfaces, so the noise doesn't get absorbed. Completely full on a week day night, so it's popular.

    Our server was a little on the quiet side and could have been a bit more attentive. We ordered the wings and hamachi to start, you cannot go wrong with either as they were delicious. The hand-cut noodles with clams and our sea bass were cooked perfectly and filled us up. We ended with birthday cake for dessert from the milk bar, but it was a bit dry. Overall we had a good experience. Our card received an extra charge however, the manager was very courteous about resolving the error. We expect to dine here again.
