Food was good. Service was good. Only complaint was that the patio area did not look as cute as it does in pictures.
Great place for a brunch or lunch with family. Beautiful decor! Overall, amazing!
Thank you for a great mother’s day celebration Momed!
Mother’s Day was great here! Food was delicious, modern take on Mediterranean food is eclectic and a fun twist on food I grew up with .
Our server unfortunately was impossible to get a hold of at times. Had to ask other staff nearby for help. They were very helpful, would go back again.
Amazing. The decor is inviting. Service was perfect. Food was amazing. Go and see for yourself.
I requested table outside near train tracks. I was seated inside where I could not hear the person next to me. I went outside just to speak with my son. Dinner was also slow to come and nothing was served while we waited not even bread. Food was good but price was very high especially since the wait was long and you could not hold a decent conversation.
Every dish we had was fantastic! However after 1. 5 hours we still hadn’t received our main courses and had theater tickets next door. Had to take the rest home in a bag and eat cold four hours later. Would try again because the food was truly delicious. Perhaps just a bad night in the kitchen.
Food and service are always excellent. Wine list is significantly over priced
great meal in a casual, beautiful and lively indoor/outdoor setting with easy parking. (For the ease of parking alone, it beats fighting traffic, hunting for parking, for a meal downtown). The menu is a creative mix of modern takes across a wide swath of pan-Mediterranean dishes. Shrimp appetizer was a wonder of tastes -- lemon, garlic olive oil and tahini, served with grilled sourdough bread. Duck Shawarma was another standout, served in a mini whole wheat pita with a plum tucked into the base, duck confit, pickled onion and garlic sauce. Having been to the Momed on S. Beverly, this new brach was even better... a marvelous, new neighborhood favorite.
Loved it as soon as we walked up. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Great waiter. Good suggestions and food was great!! Room was very enjoyable and not crazy loud. Will be back
Wonderful restaurant. Did was excellent. I highly recommend.
The setting feels as though it is out of Los Angeles, even though there are train tracks just behind the restaurant. The service is always excellent and the food delicious. Roasted Brussels sprouts are a highlight.
Love this restaurant. Consistently good food paired with an indoor/outdoor layout that makes the most of the SoCal setting. We love checking out new places; Momed started as a “try” and became a favorite that we return to regularly. And yes, it doesn’t hurt that parking is plentiful and pretty much hassle free.
Great service and attention , beautiful welcoming vibrant space and delicious food. Great new local discovery - will be back and will recommend
Really beautiful open air restaurant!
Nice restaurant. Stayed in patio because we had our dog with us. It felt like we were just in our backyard dining. Felt homey. Service was friendly and attentive and food was very good too (we were there for Sunday brunch). Parking was not a problem. Great to have found this gem of a place and we will definitely be back!
Our experience was just wonderful. The staff was lovely and accommodating and the food was perfect. All the dishes came out the same time and we had a delightful experience.
Our first time dining there. Beautiful Ambiance, delicious food, but drinks could've been better as we tasted no alcohol. Great for big parties or intimate dining.
.There were ten of us, we ordered assortment of small plates to share. The service was very poor. Once the food arrived we did not see our waitress until it was time to leave.
The food was mediocre.
Had a great experience, food was excellent and atmosphere was great. Service could use some help but it’s ok food and drinks made it up for it. Had the half chicken and it was excellent. Thank you
It was great!!
Lovely place with outdoor heated patio !
A hidden treasure. Patio chic with really good food. Our waiter was outstanding.
Perfect food, lovely atmosphere. Momed never disappoints.
Beautiful and inviting patio that I loved and the food was delish! Wish we could have lingered all night but the theater next door was calling!
I love the food here. It's really delicious and interesting, without being weird. Portions are good, too. The seats are comfortable. The servers are always very helpful and welcoming. Never a had a bad meal here. I'm particularly fond of Mary's Chicken and Hangover Meatballs. There's also a full service bar with innovative cocktails and lots of really nice wines.
HATE when restaurants charge a BOH service charge. Had I been paying attention would not have reserved because of it. Raise your prices or cut expenses if you can’t pay your staff! Other than that, great space, good service.
Wonderful food and service!
LOVED THIS PLACE!
I've been here a number of times already and each time I visit I'm amazed by their incredible service, quality of food for the price its offered at, and the gorgeous surroundings.
If you love a modern, energetic, fun, and eclectic environment, you cant go wrong with a visit to Momed in Atwater Village.
We were not impressed by the welcome... the young lady at the front desk was off-putting. Once we were seated, the staff was great (as usual). My chicken was not as juicy as usual but it was still very good. We will happily go back.
Great food! All homeruns! Can't wait to return. Definitely a hidden gem in Glendale/Atwater village
I loveMomed. Everyone raves about Babel but Momed has delicious food, great ambience and a beautiful room.
Disappointed. Overall we had a very confusing experience- waiter would disappear and we had to keep asking the busser to refill water and find our server. we asked to speak to a manager and we all left the evening disappointed. It’s unfortunate because I had a good experience one time about 2 years ago. I will not be back and won’t recommend to others.
Our server was there when we didn't need her and nowhere to be found when we did. I made a note in my online reservation that I would be taking advantage of the free Momo chips with the Cleopatra salad, a promotion arranged with the Independent Shakespeare Company, whose studio is nearby. When our server took our order, I ordered the salad and told her that I would take the free Momo chips because "Julius Caesar loves Cleopatra," the code phrase that Momed had agreed upon with the Independent Shakespeare Company, where we would see _Julius Caesar_ after dinner. When, after an inordinate amount of time, our food was delivered (by someone other than our original server), I asked about the chips. The second person summoned our server, who said we needed to check in on Yelp and then find her again--that the chips weren't just automatically brought to the table. (What? Automatically? I ordered free chips. I gave the secret code. This was the first anybody had mentioned checking in on Yelp!) I regret to say that after the server sped off on more important matters, I wasted about ten increasingly precious minutes trying (unsuccessfully) to check in on Yelp, finally giving up and wolfing down my salad so that we could get to our play. It really wasn't about the chips (I took it out of her tip--and I didn't have to feel guilty about the calories). It was about service. Or the lack thereof.
The service was slow. The waiter forgot to bring things we asked for. The soup wasn't hot. The entree took for ever to be brought out. meanwhile our water glasses and bottle stayed empty. The music was blaring. Pita bread was burnt. your food is grossly over priced. Tzatziki was bland.
Food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Service was slow and practically nonexistent. We had to sears for a server to order, find out about our slow order, for the check, and to pay. Otherwise, I would have given Momed 5 stars.
I had dinner with my husband, mom, and 5-year old. There's an unwritten kid's menu. The staff recognized us from before and made us feel extra-welcome. The food was really interesting and tasty, and the atmosphere was diverse and perfect for our three-generational meal. I'd say it's more a date restaurant than family restaurant. People bring dogs on the patio.
Too pricey for not so good food. We had a few dishes to share and they all were only okay. Ate at much better restaurants in LA for that price.
It's such a beautiful and romantic space - highly recommend. As a vegetarian, options are limited, but what I had was delicious.
