Moghul Restaurant in Birmingham is a long-established Indian restaurant that’s been an award-winner many times over for its Bangladeshi-influenced cuisine and super service. It’s well-known among high-flyers, having hosted by the Deputy Prime Minister and the President of Bangladesh and is a regular haunt of some very well-known faces. Even so, the interior is a smart, relaxed dining room with pale wood, white table linens and a buzzing atmosphere. Moghul’s lamb korai balti is a don’t-miss as are Bengali dishes like hake macher salon. The menu has all your favourites as well as some more adventurous Bangla-based offerings with excellent vegetarian offerings to boot.

    we had an excellent family meal at moghuls last friday. Service was friendly and efficient, food was delicious. Excellent team of people there. I first went over 30 years ago and its still great. Craig

    Great service and food, the price was not bad. Greeted warmly on arrival although there was a small delay with the table, the gentleman man serving us was very friendly and helpful. I would return

    First meal here on recommendation from a friend. The staff are friendly, food was excellent and the restaurant was lovely inside. Definitely a place to go back to and not overpriced.

    This was our second visit and we made clear that we wanted the food to be reasonably hot and spicy (our first visit it had been very bland and the korma was sweet). We returned because we were made so welcome, and because the Chicken Satkora was OUTSTANDING, "worth a detour". This time the food was very good (the lamb Satkora was also outstanding) and we shall definitely return regularly, on our own and with guests and friends. The service was really good; at least in part because I had spent time in Bangladesh and they were delighted to talk about new developments there. We look forward to exploring their menu further.

    We have used the Moghul Restaurant a number of times for a get together of work and ex work colleagues with party's of 15 to 20 people. The service and food has always been first class, the staff very friendly and the Restaurant has a lovely ambience. I would strongly recommend the Moghul Restaurant.
