Great food, music and a chill atmosphere!

All the dishes we had were fantastic! Calamari, fried chicken, apple pie! Service was on point… Music played from albums on a record player was terrific… We were sat upstairs in our separate dining area which was much quieter than the regular open space of the lofted restaurant.

Model Milk is our favourite restaurant in Calgary. Despite the COVID restrictions, the service was wonderful and the food was excellent as always. We do miss the specials, rotating menu, and especially the Sunday fixed menu family-style meals. If the menu were more varied, we would be dining at Model Milk monthly even during this pandemic time.

Great place to take my Queen (girlfriend) on her birthday. Friendly and efficient service, great food. We liked the atmosphere, although the music was a wee bit too loud. Thank you!

Excellent menu, service, and food.
Tartare, flat iron steak, and apple pie were very memorable. Many other items looked amazing.

Wow! The food was amazing and the server knew her stuff. The music and atmosphere was so energetic, safe and it was great to get out and feel alive!

Loved the restaurant vibe, the service was amazing, the drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. This restaurant has a vibrant and sexy vibe to it. Great for dates or a dinner out with hopefully someone that loves food because it’s delicious here.

Amazing staff, and delicious food. Each plate of food was beautifully crafted, and the cocktails were delightful. We were taken well care of by everyone. The quality of the food and service far exceeded my expectations!

Been here a couple of times since the end of the second lock down and the reason I chose here is because I knew they would nail it and they did. From the front door, to the food, to the service. If you want the best, most friendly complimenting service ask for Kait! She served us Saturday night, chose our food our cocktails and left us feeling amazing. These guys are nailing it and you should check them out!

The main floor dining room and the loft surrounding it is quite nice. However, we were seated in a “bar” completely removed from the rest of the restaurant. It was up a set a stairs and through a little hallway. We were extremely disappointed in the decor and the ambience, so requested to be seated elsewhere. We have been to the restaurant before and have never encountered this area. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us. I understand seating is a challenge during Covid times, but since the prices are the same everywhere in the restaurant, so should the decor and ambiance be.

Excellent food and service. It was the best food we’ve had so far this year. The truffle pierogis, the cavatelli and the hangar steak were outstanding and the apple pie is classic. Great service and ambiance. Great dinner altogether. Can’t wait to come back.

We didn’t eat but I trust a restaurant as date worthy as this would have been delicious. We were just out for drinks and it was little over priced, the ambiance was very “date like” so we didn’t fit in at all as a group of girls. We just had come from Lulu Bar and just wanted to explore options.

Cocktails were delicious, the service was good and I hope to come back for a date sometime!

The food was absolutely delicious. We did their model milk set course (includes apt, main, and dessert). All the food was fantastic - the arctic char along with their house made apple pie were definitely the stars from the items we tried.
It's a nice quiet place perfect for date night! The server was wonderful and ensured we were satisfied with all our meals and drinks.

Amazing service and superior wine knowledge.

Our family of 4 went out for our son's birthday celebration and had a wonderful dinner. There was a 3 course meal on for $40 so we all choose that option. The shrimp and grits were amazing, the Arctic char was delicious as well as the chicken entrée. There was apple pie & ice cream for dessert that two of us had and a sorbet that was a lighter option.
I would highly recommend Model Milk for it's fantastic food and great atmosphere.

Birthday dinner was the event and Model Milk delivered with delicious food and drink. This is one of the best restaurants in town.

It is fine. Food was good, oysters were not the type they said in the menu, but were excellent. Nice place, but a bit overpriced in my opinion

Model Milk never ceases to please. My husband and I have been there many times and the service and food are always exceptional. The menu is always changing so it's new every time we go. Thanks to all the cook and wait staff. Keep up the great work!!
