We went to dinner during a busy conference but the tables were not all full. The food was great but the service was slow. We waited forever for someone to take our order, someone to bring the check and someone to take our payment. The poor service impacted our overall experience, which is too bad because the food was great.

Great brunch. There was option for buffet, but I never thought by getting normal menu we are missing out.

Beautiful place and good service but Food was too avant-garde. Trying to make a statement with food but it was not tasty. The dessert on the other hand, was delicious I had Chocolate mousse cake with bananas.

As a Christmas lunch/dinner a tremendous disappointment. With the exception of the entree, everything was poorly presented or prepared. Soup was lukewarm; salad bitter & gravlax rubbery; dessert, except the chocolate bark, inedible. Service was lacking; room lacked any real Christmas spirit.

Went for Christmas lunch, service was slow and the food was very average. We had just got engaged and the staff did nothing to acknowledge this. However the venue is very smart and tastefully decorated.

Everything was fine - except that the dining room was VERY cold. I was wearing several layers and it was still cold. I asked once to have the heat turned up and was told it had been, but I didn’t notice an improvement. The soup became cold before we could finish eating, as did the turkey.

This was also the case on Thanksgiving. It makes no sense in such a nice (and expensive) restaurant.

Busy evening made the service somewhat slow. They could definitely use extra waiters on a night like that. Deserts were delicious, food was above average. Friendly staff and great ambiance made it a nice evening

Great little lunch. We were one of the last table reservations and thus we had servers all to ourselves and the best table. Good food and just like the place to ourselves. Wonderful break in our Holiday SF day trip.

In the four seasons. We valeted our car and we’re gone four hours for $20. Great deal. Lunch was divine. They had gf bread. Best turkey burger ever. The view was great. The tables are spaced so that you don’t hear them talking. Somehow there is noise but you don’t hear the conversations. Nice.

We had lunch the day before and the service was fine but the food was fair. I had the crab cake, which was not the kind of crab cake i have had before. A bit runny, not much flavor. Our evening dinner started out with our server and bartender not knowing how to fix the drink i ordered...a Stockholm...really??? Dinner was ordered for our party, we had the fettuccine, the chicken and filet of sole. None of it was anything special. A bit tasteless and nothing you would want to return back for...so we probably won't!

MKT is nicely located in Four Seasons and has a rather vibrant vibe going on. It is suitable for both a lunch with friends or a business meal. The bread at the beginning was very nice, and we especially enjoyed clams (appetizer) and Louie salad with crab. The service by the waiter was outstanding too. Not completely sure if the whole experience was worth ~$100 for two people for lunch, but I would definitely come back.

Thanksgiving dinner at MKT was adequate. We were immediately seated at our reservation time and provided with water and an explanation of how the menu “worked”; self served appetizers and desserts with an entree of choice served when requested. Items on both appetizer and dessert tables were just OK. Shrimp and crab legs seemed frozen too long and lacked taste. Deviled eggs needed a flavor boost as did veggie crudités. Cheese was the one standout. Excellent choices! All desserts tasted the same....sweet. The only entree we had was the halibut. The fish was good quality and well done. However the risotto was gummy and had only a pile of olives and sad artichoke heart to accompany it. Service was good although the waiter seemed trying to hard to make us “feel at home” on the holiday. I always expect to over pay on Thanksgiving but felt at $115 a person this was a little too much.

Fantastic from A to Z. The food was amazing and well seasoned. Every item was filled with flavor. The service was top notch as they were extremely attentive and nice. The ambiance was great. It was not very loud, but loud enough to feel like you are actually dining out. Overall wonderful experience.

Service was awful. We waited 15 mins before anyone even approached our table. Another 20 mins before we got water and bread. The food was great but pricy and it took a very long time to get our meals. Terrible vegetarian options, as half our group are veggie. We left before dessert.

This restaurant is off Market in the Four Seasons Hotel. It can be a nice mellow oasis off the busy street scene of SF. Unless its busy, then it is a noisy, vibrant, happening bar scene! We got to experience both on a recent trip. The food is good, not over the top. But good. If you want a good no hassle place for diner, this is it.

We had brunch before going to see a movie. It was uncrowded... and I could catch up with my friends... without having to yell at each other. Will definitely dining here again in the future. The cocktails were awesome.

We came for a Birthday dinner however everything seemed off. I can see why they are 1000 points On OpenTable on Friday. the food and service were not spectacular. And considering this is the Four Seasons that’s odd. The tataki app was just plain fishy. And had to be sent back. The food was fair to be honest I had the squid ink linguine but I should have just stuck with the burger. I’m Here every few months or so and the food seems to be getting worse for some reason and the service was not great this time; last time I was here on Mother’s Day brunch and it was also mediocre. I don’t know why but they seem understaffed.

While the wait staff was great, the bar staff were either understaffed or very slow. Our appetizers arrived before our cocktails. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine to have with dinner and it arrived after we were halfway through our entrees. Instead, we had two glasses of the house wine since we couldn't consume a bottle that far into the meal.

We did report this to the manager and he did comp the drinks. We made it clear our goal was to provide feedback, not to seek free stuff.

Food was very, very good. We will give them another chance in the future but they really should consider dedicating a bartender to their restaurant business.

Lovely items on the menu for brunch. THe buffet is actually not the best feature. The ala carte menu is much better. While some advertise this place as having a view, we did not see one - - Open Table reservations may not be seated in that area. The service is superb however, and that made it enjoyable.

Great location inside the Four Season's hotel above the city with a nice view. Food selection was very good, may be one of the best flat bread crusts I have had. Must get the lemonade, it is their signature for good reason. Went there for lunch and looked at dinner menu, looked just as good as the lunch. Nice wine selection by the glass as well.
