MK Kitchen had a really lovely Thanksgiving service with excellent service from every member of the staff we encountered. The dishes were well-executed, although the menu was very safe. Overall, very enjoyable.

As always, MK Kitchen was amazing! We had reservations and were able to be seated early. The waitstaff was very attentive and our 3 course Thanksgiving dinner was perfect! I would highly recommend dining here.

MK Kitchen is always my GO TO when I want the quality of food I can get in the Old Port but not the extreme prices and parking nightmares. The fondue is always a hit with us but this time we added the mussels. My sister and brother in law came down and they absolutely LOVED the short ribs. I had the duck, which yum and that espresso martini.....you cannot go wrong there. We go on a regular basis in the winter, their mid-week 3 course menu is so reasonable and you will find it a treat to dine on fantastic food for an excellent price point. Make a reservation and enjoy!!!

3rd time in, not quite as top notch as last time but still looking forward to the next. Filet not cooked to proper temperature and a bit chewy. Duck leg good but sides not as good as last time. Appetizers excellent. Service perfect.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 25th anniversary! We were walked to our table and greeted with a card to celebrate us! Following were delicious apps, wine, meals all topped off w lovely dessert! We were treated so well and really made to feel special! Would 100% recommend this fantastic gem in the middle of Gorham and look forward to a return visit! Thank you again!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our private table had a very thoughtful card on it congratulating us. Nice touch! Our server, Michelle, was very kind and checked in throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. The food, as usual, was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful evening! Brought my husband for a Birthday dinner and it was perfect. The food was great, drinks tasty, and service amazing. There was a little card on the table with birthday wishes thanking us for coming. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back again!!! Thank You MK Kitchen Staff!!!!

We love them. Service is impeccable, food always fabulous. The escargots are wonderful as is the Caesar salad. My husband loves the sazerac though it varies with the bartender. The super Tuscan tonight was a perfect pairing of the filet mignon and the spareribs. They do an amazing job with vegetables.

Arrived a bit early on a rainy Saturday evening, our table was ready for us. Nice corner window table , warm atmosphere . We had a beet salad, followed by the panko crusted haddock / roasted veg.. And a mushroom risotto. With a wonderful creme brulee , to finish up.

My wife and friends have been to MK on multiple occasions and have always been happy with the service , food and ambiance. MK is a gem away from the noise and bustle of Portland and we think it is on parr with any restaurant in the Portland area. Julie our waitress last evening was fantastic, professional and entertaining. MK is highly recommended for a light dinner or a full evening of dining, it is absolutely our favorite.

On a visit to Maine in the fall, we stumbled across this gem on a trip to see 7 covered bridges in one day. Don’t ask why. When we looked on line there were countless places to choose from but I was tired of the kitschy kitchens. I wanted elegant food served by professionals. MK’s was my choice as it was my night to pick location. Order the duck…you won’t be disappointed. Crispy confit! Everyone else was pleased with their meals. But after sampling it all, the duck rose above the rest!
