Modern ambiance with excellent food. We each had soup, mine pork/miso and my wife puréed roasted red pepper. Excellent. I had a halibut entree and my wife roast chicken. Again, excellent. Friendly casual vibe. Full vegetarian menu as well. Not just one or two things. Highly recommend!

Nice menu, good flavors and presentation however our server was busy taking care of a large group and we were left for lost at times.
News Flash, why should my service be impacted by a large group, yeah I know a bigger tip
Hey Management you knew there would be many out of towners there I am sure the group had reservations so no surprise they would be there. HELLO, I had reservations too, could have added an extra server. Yeah I know why spend the payroll right?

We sat outside and it was a most pleasant way to enjoy the fabulous food. All was fresh and delicious. The wine was excellent. Our server was delightful and was most accommodating. We were the last to leave as we were enjoying ourselves so much. Great food and great ambience . The inside was just as inviting as the outside.

Very good food and service. We had a steamed clams appetizer and three lunch entrees. All of the food was very good, and the service was attentive.

Two negatives. One is that the lunch menu on opentable (which is dated one day prior to our visit) is not current, and the prices are about 10% higher. This is minor, the food available was still good. The other is that the ambience is reduced by the fact that the restaurant is in a construction zone. I am sure it will improve once the construction is over, but for the time being the nice window tables do not have the nicest view.

The menu and food at Mizina are always impressive. They have a wide variety of flavors in the food menu as well as the drink menu. Everyone can find something.

My friend and I had a nice street view corner table, very cozy and private, and had a charming waitress, who opened the 2013 Turley Zin we brought and provided excellent glassware for it. We each began with a roasted beet salad which was nicely dressed with fresh, crisp spinach, arugula, and other assorted salad stuff. Then she had an excellent curry soup, and I the seared duck breast, which came with couscouse and greens. Duck was juicy and delicious. She finished with a delicious ice cream desert. Just after we ordered a downpour of rain forced all the outdoor diners to converge into the restaurant, and service was quite delayed due to the jam up. Certainly not an everyday occurance and more a point of interest than an irritation, since we were in not hurry.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Mizuna. Delicious halibut, washed down by a Washington State Viognier. Nice atmosphere and lovely server! All good.

Solid meal with solid service. Neither blew me away, but I walked away satisfied (had an Ahi Tuna sandwich, husb had a grilled eggplant/pepper/goat cheese sandwich) with my lunch (dinner may be a bit more composed/less casual fare). I do have to remark on the olive tapenade in my sandwich - it was one of the better, tastier, and fresher tapenades that I have had, and it really worked well with the other sandwich flavors. If that is a harbinger of more complex/carefully prepared dinner dishes, I would be excited to return for dinner.

Overall nice. Vegetarian special was disappointing with noodles inadequately drained and swimming- sauce not very interesting. Lettuce wraps weren't wrapped! Ok but not shockingly spectacular .
Salmon was excellent. Pork bellies were filling enough by themselves for a meal. Service was a bit slow.

We were seated in nice spot by window. Servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Scallops were outstanding. Would definitely return to this spot.

Mizuna has an entirely separate vegetarian menu! (Hell yes!) The food was amazing, our server was great, the drinks were perfect, and the atmosphere was cozy. One of the best dinners we've had in a while. I had the Crispy Polenta, it was probably my favorite vegetarian dish I've ever eaten. And my husband had the Ginger Fried Tofu, he loved it! We'll definitely be back.
