Mizumi - Wynn Las Vegas
Gorgeous setting overlooking a waterfall and the food is top notch. Sushi super fresh comparable to Nobu. Try the Omakase....you will not be disappointed!
This is a fantastic Japanese restaurant in every way. The sushi is top quality, well-prepared and nicely presented. The other dishes like tempura and such are the best I've ever had. Highly recommended. The staff are friendly and helpful, as well as extremely efficient. Go and you will not be disappointed.
This restaurant is so beautiful you feel like you are in Hawaii or some other elegant tropical location. Surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and lush foliage.
The entire group of 5 are experienced travelers and experienced sushi diners. We voted unanimously that this was the best Sushi and Sashimi we had ever eaten.
Great view of the waterfall, luxurious decor, good location
It's a fun and stylish place, but the food is really mediocre. I mean you can get sushi like this almost anywhere. It is certainly not a top quality omakase experience. The rolls are ordinary, the scallops were overcooked, the fish was not top quality and the price is over the top. It's Vegas. You go for the experience, not the food.
Another perfect evening meal. Our waiter was exceptional; he answered all questions and made excellent recommendations. The signature drinks and dessert were outstanding. The sushi was delicious and melted like butter in your mouth. Everyone from the hostess to the wait staff made us feel so special. We will be back!
Really like the plum sake there.
Great food! Beautiful atmosphere!
Great rolls - fresh. Good service. Ambiance was stylish.
Probably the best and freshest sushi and sashimi you can get in Vegas. It's expertly prepared and served with a great selection of wine and sake. Excellent service and fantastic ambiance. The Wynn never fails to excel.
Eaten all over the US at fine dining restaurants, toro tartare was unbelievable!
Great service and food. Incredible choice!
Fab. Best sushi anywhere
Beautiful and amazing food. Our server was just ok. It was very apparent we did not order quick enough or enough food to please him. However the restaurant was super accommodating about my food allergies making it a wonderful evening.
Great view and food is delicious:)
Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. A bit pricey, but as to be expected in Vegas and the Wynn. Great date night spot.
We dined here our last night in Vegas before Le Reve. Let me tell you.. it was WAY better than I expected from some of the reviews I read. My husband and I did the sushi for two. IT WAS AMAZING!!! We love sushi and this is top tier... likely the best we both have ever had in our lives. The spicy tuna arare is phenomenal. The pineapple parfait was the perfect end to our meal. Definitely a highlight of our trip and a meal we won’t soon forget.
Amazing sushi - great service
Great setting and food was amazing
High Quality of the food and great service.
Came to Mizumi after a recommendation from a friend. Ambience is fantastic! Sat at a table near large windows overlooking a waterfall. Menu items are on the expensive side, but it is one of the few places I have been this week in Vegas that I feel the quality of the food lived up to what I paid for it. We both had miso soup to start which was really really good! Little mushrooms in there were a great touch. Scallop sashimi was presented just the way I like it, with thin slices of lemon scenting each piece. Tuna sashimi was very high quality tuna. Rainbow roll was typical, but the sauce with it was unreal. The second roll I can't remember the name, but it is yellowtail, salmon, tuna, shrimp tempura, snow crab, and avocado wrapped in cucumber (no rice) with a cilantro yuzu sauce. It was light and very tasty. We also had a very nice cold sake suggested by our server. Overall, the food was excellent, service and presentation were excellent, and I would definitely eat here again.
Como siempre espectacular el restaurante
Hermosa vista y mejor atencion y calidad de la conida
beautiful place and very tasty food. however the options are not too many and most of them are little expensive with the portion size you get.
but overall very tasty
After dining at several other Wynn restaurants where the service and food were excellent, I had high expectations for Mizumi. I was terribly disappointed.
Our reservation was rather early by Vegas standards (6:30) and the restaurant was not all that busy, there were a number of open tables. However, our party of 3 was seated and given some water, but then had to wait over 10 minutes before our server came around. In this time we saw her stop at 3 or 4 other tables right around us without even a glance our way. When she finally decided to check on us we quickly ordered for fear of further neglect.
The drinks came out after another 10 minutes or so, they were fine, but nothing exceptional. We started the meal with a Rainbow Roll for the table then moved on to the Black Cod, the Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura and the Angus filet. The Rainbow Roll was the best part of the meal, but that isn't saying too much. The filet was fine, but there are so many other places to get a great steak that I wouldn't run to Mizumi for one. The cod and the tempura were very bland and left us asking ourselves why we didn't go for the Michelin star Chinese restaurant instead. We won't make the same mistake again the next time we are in town.
Valentines dinner. Everything was fantastic.
Server was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions
The server, Jessica I believe her name was, saved the day. Her outstanding attitude and welcoming personality made up for what turned out to be a disappointing dinner. Omakase menu ordered and it wasn’t an experience I’d relive. Oysters with shell is a strike, hurried service at first as we had a cocktail and our pairings thrust upon us together with no time to enjoy at our leisure/pace. Served scallops twice equals a serious lack of imagination or talent for a tasting menu unless it’s one only of scallops. Wait times anywhere from five minutes between courses to fifteen and twenty. The food was not excellent so the little things began to get noticed. Our sommelier couldn’t have been more distant or removed neither offering anything else other than what was visible on the label nor engaging in conversation when promoted with pertinent questions. Thanks to the server again! Hope I got your name right Jessica!
Very impressed! The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding.
Amazing Valentine’s Day dinner💖💖
Very delicious food and the view was majestic!
What a lovely experience. The food was perfect, the service was perfect and the setting was beautiful. I will absolutely be coming back here the next time I’m in town.
Amazing food and sushi
Took my wife to Mizumi for Birthday and Valentines and it was the best $200.00 I have spent in my life. My wife and I loved the food and the water fall was amazing to sit and watch as we drank and ate. Our waiter was like a Hawk every time we needed something or had a question he was right there. Our food was delicious and came out quick with our drinks. The waiters recommendations were right on. Couldn’t have asked for a better night. I just want to say Thank You Mizumi.
The food was incredible, and the service was extraordinary.
This was my second time to Mizumi in the past six months, and it was every bit as good as my first experience. This is one of my top 3 restaurants anywhere.
Everything was great, except they ran out of oysters
Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes. Great atmosphere and service. Ask for table at the windows.
The staff were great to me, especially given it was my bday! Fantastic experience!
Perfect evening at a perfect restaurant. From the first moment you enter you know it will be a special dinner.
