Fantastic sushi and service. Expensive but not ridiculous.
As a long time restaurant professional, it is difficult for me to be wowed. Mizumi delivered. Perfect table, outstandingly appropriate service, memorable pacing, and a dash of humility. Anago and unagi were beautifully warm. Chawanmushi, long a hallmark of a skilled cook, served piping hot, was a study in texture and delicacy. The Wagyu strip was a perfect med-rare, with the fat just rendered enough to melt in our mouths. Wines by the glass were an appropriate spread of approachable and splendorous...I opted for the Marsanne to start which didn't disappoint. Dessert of light and bright custard opposite the chocolate Mask was a score on our part. Stick around, drop some cash, have fun. Mizumi is worth every second...and dollar.
Great atmosphere and quality!
Loved visiting for my boyfriends birthday celebration. They were super accommodating when we were running late since it isn't easy to get taxis on the strip. The fish was so fresh and the presentation was traditional but also unique.
The place, the food the Decor was perfect. I’m not who to be disappointed with on my request, open table? Or the restaurant? I requested a table near the lake... I would have waited... I requested a rose at the table for my date... I would have paid for one.. none of my request were meet. The hostess seem to rush us to our table and took off.
Amazing service and food
perfect for a romantic evening . Food was excellent wine list was great
Mizumi was phenomenal ! The decor, ambience and food quality is excellent. We hade the 5 course tasting menu and were very impressed. The koi pond and waterfall are relaxing and a sight to see.
Service and overall experience was exceptional.
Excellent Sushi. Also a spetacular view of the waterfall at the Wynn. Great service too.
Perfect night with my kids, excellent food and service.
Definitely overpriced but delicious and the waterfall was breathtaking
Surprisingly I told them it was my husbands birthday and they didn’t do anything
My girlfriends and I went here for our last night in Vegas and it was a great dinner. The waterfall added to a peaceful ambiance and we went early enough (6pm) that it wasn't crowded at all. The service was great. The food is good and not any pricier than any other nice restaurant but definitely be ready to pay a pretty penny for wine there. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
Awesome experience. Would rescind for any romantic evening.
Best sushi ever
Everything was wonderful!! The ambiance, the service and especially the food!
Not even close to Japanese cuisine .
It was not a sushi rolls, it was rice rolls.
Delicious food. Great waitress. Very accommodating when we didn’t like location of our first table.
Out server was very kind and she always checked up on us. Our request was made and the food was delicious as well as the ambiance and the setting.
Everything was perfect
We really enjoyed ourselves, and would highly recommend this restaurant. It is expensive and our bill was $400++ for 2 of us.
The focus is on small plates that you share. Among other items, we had a sushi roll, 3-4 small plates of various fish, and about 6-8 skewers (Robatayaki!). All was delicious.
They have a very nice bar, including a full sake list. The sommelier who can walk you through making a good choice. Of note, they also have a very nice Japanese whiskey cart and you can select from 10-12 premium whiskeys.
Service was exceptional and worthy of a top rating.
Very romantic atmosphere and I wouldn't hesitate to have a special occasion here.
An amazing meal! The best sushi I have had in Las Vegas.
Great place! Fantastic food! Excellent service!
My son and I had the best experience! I’ve been to Mizumi many times but this was his first time. We dined at the sushi bar to watch the action. Our waiter Sean was incredibly helpful and attentive. Also an amazing value.
Best sommelier in town
As a self proclaimed foodie I would say the food at best was alright. For the price though don't think it was worth it. Went with a good friend of mine (both foodies), and we left just satisfied. The wine was great and the food was average.
Great waterfall view
My favorite for Japanese barbecue but not for sushi
Mizumi is a great restaurant. Wonderful food, service, and ambiance. Would recommend to anyone heading to Vegas.
Awesome and creative food, somewhat offset by indifferent service.
I ordered the braised Wagyu short ribs and my boyfriend ordered the Wagyu stripsteak. Both were portioned well and tasted phenomenal!
Muy rico y el servicio excelente
We had an incredible time at Mizumi. Our food was incredible (who knew Brussels sprouts could be so tasty!). The server was really helpful and coached us through the options ensuring we didn't over order. Our table was amazing right by the window overlooking the waterfall/lake definitely one of the best seats in the house. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. The Wynn is also the best looking casino hotel inside and out.
Mizumi is a go-to restaurant ... always outstanding.
This time we had 8 people and a family style dinner.
Great food and great service
Pricey so this is more a special occasion rather than an everyday spot
Superb on every level! Great ambiance, service and amazing sushi. We will be back as often as possible.
Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. The staff were incredible and made you feel like you were a longtime customer. We will eat there every time we are in town.
Excelente, muy buen servicio y la comida deliciosa
Three or four years ago, I came to Mizumi and they presented me with an amuse that may be the best single bite of food I've ever had. I visit whenever I'm in Las Vegas. My travels often lead me to solo dining, which makes me a low priority in some places. At Mizumi, though, I was engaged and catered to as if I was a valuable group. Great service, wonderful food, and if you can sit next to the window, the ambience will take you far away from the Strip. If you're there during one of my trips, you'll see a large bald man by the window in the throes of pure enjoyment. Stop and say hi.
Our server was perfect. Great suggestions
Home run. Everything was great. Highly recommend.
This is one of my favorite romantic restaurants in Las Vegas. The waterfall views, the koi fish, Japanese masks, and so far makes this an amazingly beautiful resaturant.
We enjoyed cocktails, sashimi, pork Belly (amazing), agadashi tofu, and grilled meat. We enjoyed dessert.
Service was stellar.
