Seemed cheesy obvious script, food is way too expensive.
The food was good, and it was entertaining. There was a bit of a wait even with reservations, but it was Valentines Day. That is somewhat understandable.
The ambiance was delightful and the food was wonderful. However the service was understaffed and caused a long wait. Once we had our server the food was fast and fun.
Service was very slow (self seating, not grill). Folks around us were noticeably irritated. Food was good and wonderful ambiance. May have just been understaffed in the self seat area.
Great bar before dinner, great experience at the grill side seating. My wife enjoyed the experience and good food.
Took my wife for her birthday which is also her birthday, great food, chef was great, had a wonderful time!
Excellent service starting at the bar and at the table. Chef was fun and our meals tasted great. We had a lot of fun.

We eat here quite regularly but tonight we chose to celebrate my husbands birthday here and they did not disappoint. Great food, fantastic service and we were seated right away which is important to me as we have impatient kids that were ready to eat. Overall we were all full and happy when we left so thank you!
The foods was great. Never been there before. The waitress didn’t know was single thing whenever we asked a question she said I don’t know and looked at a stupidly instead of going to go find out the answer she just stood there with a blank face. that show was OK we were hoping for more very used to Benihana‘s (Who has an amazing show and really interact with the people are chef did not do that) and did kind of a show but nothing really fun! Next time going to Benihana‘s.
Service was marked really low because of the waiter, our cook was very very good!
We made the reservation so we could meet our daughter and family for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere and food was wonderful. Our only complaint is the noise level on Saturday night on the left side hibachi tables was over the top loud. We were only able to partially converse with the person sitting right next to us. The room is small and it was full of action and noise. We will try it again, but it will be on a weekday night.
We were there for birthday celebrations. The staff was very attentive and they came by together and sang Happy Birthday! Fried rice was bland, chicken and shrimp were OK but nothing special.
Extremely over priced food. Chef indicated he had been there as a chef two days, Was a dishwasher before that. Have not been to one of these type restaurants for a couple of years. Last time it was fun and entertaining but would never go again.

We have been several times and had a wonderful time. This visit was disappointing. We serveeureeves our own water. It took more than an hour after our reservation to get food and no separate drink order wS taken, The salmon was served before the vegetables. Then the other seafood, and finalky the meat at the end. For dessert they brought out all vanilla ice cream. There was birthday (mine) and no singing.
Had a reservation for 8:30 and didn't get seated until 10. Then the service was slow once seated.
I had made reservations for a party of 8 for 8 pm on New Years Eve about a month prior to the occasion. We waited until almost 930 to be seated and almost 1030 for the cook to come out and start cooking. When the cook finally came to the table, he apologized and stated that they were extremely short of help. Come on Miyama, plan ahead. Everyone knows that days like that are always busy. I was very disappointed.
We had a 7:30 reservation and were seated 40 minutes later at 8:10. I understand it was New Years Eve and they were very busy, but there was no explanation or apology from the staff. The food was great as was the service once we were seated. I would eat here again on a less busy night.
We loved eating there and service was fine. Most likely due to NYE, we had a reservation for 730, weren't sat till 815pm and didn't eat till after 9pm and were done around 10pm. Not too impressed with the (hopefully not intentional) overbooking.
We come here regularly for celebrations and when the kids are in town because we always have a good time and the food is very good.
Sadly, tonight was very disappointing. Overcrowded, understaffed, and the food was less than stellar, some of it undercooked and some entirely without seasoning. Clearly our chef was in a hurry and our waitress brought take home boxes minutes after the food was on our plates. This is not what we’ve come to expect here, particularly after a 30 minute wait for our reservation, another 20 before our order was taken, and another 20 before the chef came to the hibachi.
Granted it was New Years Eve, but we’ve learned our lesson and will just stay home in the future.
6:45 reservation arrived at 6:30, didn’t get a table until 7:20, was told a number of times we were next, but then told differently after we watched everyone else get sat. Poorly done. Food was OK, setting was fine. Chef for Hibachi was great.
I won’t go back for NYE again because they overbooked the restaurant and were 90 minutes behind schedule. Food and service (except host desk) was very good but waiting around, hungry, without any space to sit, really blows.
We had a reservation and there was still a 15-20 min wait. I suppose it’s because they need to clear tables, but there is a lack of communication from the hostess station that explains that reasoning. Food was wonderful, chef was excellent, service was good. The New Years menu included chocolate cake, but we were given chocolate candy...even our server laughed at how ridiculous it was.
We had a great time and the meal was fantastic! Diego was great!

Birthday bash for the family was so much fun with the chef preparing food and entertaining us. Long wait for our reservation but worth it in the end.
