the food is always hot, fresh and delicious, They have a bread they bring to the table that is really good. As, if, the great food is not enough, the family who owns it are so warm and friendly. Our food server Vasaul is great. Always, welcomes us with a nice smile, remembers our drinks, food service is done so we feel pampered. Going out to a nice meal with nice people is really what its all about.

This was our first time at Milan, we wanted to get out of our rut but have a healthy meal. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of Milan. The food was excellent and so was the service. It is a very homey atmosphere with delicious food and good friendly service. We will definitely return.

It was fine. Nothing more. It was certainly good value compared to places in SF. Ambiance: uninspired and drafty. The food was okay: no complaints, and good portions, but we had nothing memorable. Service was fair at best - despite being empty, the service staff weren't very attentive and were poorly trained. They didn't seem to know anything about intolerances or have suggestions for what was gluten free. When I was invited to taste the wine, the waiter poured the most miniscule amount into the glass; too little to really taste. It was embarrassing - almost like the guy had never opened a bottle before. At the end, we were asked if we'd like to see the dessert menu. We said yes, and the waiter came back with... the check! So we just paid and left.
