Enjoyed our dinner last night at Mitchell’s . Eric at the bar can make a great drink and our waitress, Nicole l, took great care of our table. We enjoyed the food and service. Thank you!

Steak was closer to medium well than medium rare. The potatoes and broccolini were very salty. Bread was good and the atmosphere is good. I may return, but doubtful given the value.

We had a disappointing experience given the cost of the dinner. As other reviews have noted, the upselling was very obnoxious and began as soon as we sat down. Every time our waitress spoke to us she was trying to get us to add to our order. Additionally, she pushed on trying to get us to put down $25 dollars for a promotional rewards program. We had not said yes but when we received the check it was added to our bill. The filet was overcooked and not at all worth the $50+ cost. The crab cake appetizer, bread, and crème brûlée were great, but unfortunately did not make up for the less than favorable experience.

During our recent visit, we were excited to try some of the new additions to the menu, and they did not disappoint. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, delivering bold flavors that complemented the restaurant's signature classics. One of the standout aspects of our experience was the service. Nicole, as always, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the menu and drink selections. Her recommendations were spot on, making our evening even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately we had a leas than favorable experience here last night. First, the “upselling “ was obnoxious. our waitress not only started this from minute one with talking us into adding to our food order to the point that we finally said ok to a salad we really didn’t want, but then trying to sell us on getting promotional rewards card that required us to use our credit card to put $25 on it right then? And she started walking away before we could say no thank you but fortunately we caught her before she could complete that transaction. As we were signing the receipt she actually tried AGAIN to sell the program! On top of that my husband’s very expensive “bourbon ribeye “ had a weird sweet taste and was fatty to the point of barely edible. The brussel sprouts were oily and not crispy at all. The only good food was my 7oz filet- oh and the bread. Then both the waitress AND the manager began taking our plates away before we were done. Very obnoxious. The waitress was constantly bugging us about one thing or another- unable to read when to approach or not. Sorry to have to leave this review but it was a lot of money for a bad experience.

The food was awful. We waited over 45 minutes for our entrees and no one came out to tell us they were cooked wrong and had to be re-cooked. Once they arrived the filet was burned on the outside and basically raw on the inside. They comped some of our meal but not the steaks.
