The food was delicious and the place was amazing but the customer service was lacking it definitely could use some work on that. Over all it was a good experience.

Beautiful hotel with a special mixture of artistic and traditional musings. It has the feeling of time traveling back to a time where the finer things in life are painted on the walls and in the food.

Service was superb and the ambiance was delightful. I would definitely return.

We celebrated Valentine's Day here. The restaurant is beautiful and decorated with lights. The food was good. However, it took awhile for the chocolate souffle even if we ordered it at the time we placed our food order. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I would return and recommend.

I brought my family to the mission inn restaurant for Valentine’s Day. The ambience was beautiful as always but the service was not very good. It took 45 minutes to 50 minutes to get her food. Yes I understand it’s Valentine’s Day, but families that were seated 10 to 15 minutes after us had already received their food. We had to request three separate times to turn the heaters on because it was getting cold. Every time we would ask they would forget. The quality vs price for the food was fair at best. I had the fried chicken and it was lukewarm when I ate it. For the price of the food and the ambience I would’ve thought the service would’ve been much better. We love the Mission Inn and all of the other restaurants we have eaten at are marvelous.

I reserved a table for 2 by the fountain in the courtyard and that’s what we got! It was Valentines Day and had the special holiday surf and turf (small portions but delicious) and our waitress was outstanding!

Mariacha Orchestra was there for a wedding proposal and they were really loud. In fact, it was stressing my friend out. They finally got engaged and the group left. After that, it was great.

My dish was great, some of the other dishes weren't that great. But I loved the service. The staff was all very friendly and interactive. Don't recommend the shrimp garlic pasta it was a lot of oil. But the penne primavera seafood was delicious very flavorful. Also the filet mignon was delicious as well. All in all enjoyed our dinner reservation.

Came for an anniversary dinner. Everything was quite good. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Ambiance was great for a date and celebration. I docked one star for price. While the food was very good (outstanding per my 5 star review), I don’t think my steak was worth $40. You can get all u can eat steak that’s just as good for this price. Overall it’s just a good date place that you go to once per year or something like that. I won’t be back for the next 12 months.

You can also walk in the hotel, though you aren’t supposed to without a hotel booking I don’t think.

Mission Inn is always an excellent place to go to for historical reason. I was not all that ecstatic with the food. We were sitted on the very corner of the restaurant until we decided to request to be moved, waiter seems to be unhappy. Yayks.

My Caesar salad had an option of adding chicken, salmon or anchovies for an extra cost. I had no problem with the extra cost for my anchovies except for the fact that there were probably 3 cans worth in it, making the salad virtually inedible. 3 anchovies alone probably had a week’s worth of the recommended sodium allowance.

I love this place. Our service wasn't very good this time. My ahi came out completely raw not seared. Had to wait a while for new dinner while my husband ate his without me on our anniversary date. Waiter never came to check on us through dinner had to flag him down when we finally saw him and he agreed my fish was not cooked at all. I would go back, just had an off night I'm sure.

Have been hearing about the Mission Inn Restaurant for awhile. It lived up to it's reputation. It is a nice 1/2 way meeting place for friends.
