I’ve gone there many times for brunch and have always enjoyed the food and service. I wanted to try dinner, and unfortunately was extremely disappointed. The food was mediocre, and something you would expect from a low end restaurant. Meat was over cooked, the vegetables was soggy. The soup came luke warm and tasted like baby food. The service was horrible SLOW!!! It seemed like the kitchen was disorganized and we waited way too long between courses, not to mention the fact that they brought the wrong dishes to our table.
Highly disappointed. I’ll stick to the brunch and won’t be going back for dinner anytime soon.
This was another San Francisco disappointment. I had no problem with the Valentines's Day menu or price. The appetizer salad was good. The scallops on the second course were very small. I order the prime rib which was mostly fat and gristle. The cheesecake was very good. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. The waiter did not come by again after the appetizer was served except to give us the check. We had finished the bottle of champagne that we ordered before our dessert was served. We asked the person helping out the waiter if there was a dessert wine and he told us to ask our server. Then we sat there for about 15 minutes with empty plates and water just waiting for the check. The host had to tell our waiter to clear our table since there were people waiting. I live very close and we try new restaurants (other than the ones we frequent) and keep getting disappointed. I do not mind paying $300 for dinner if the food and service are good. They weren't.
Love it! Food was delicious! Crab Benedict 👌 bacon😋😋😋 service was great. The spaghetti surprisingly good!!
I'm not a guy who leaves bad reviews. But something seriously weird was going on in the kitchen that day. I went with a friend, they ordered dropped eggs I ordered the hash. The hash was more of a stew - it was incredibly over-salty and had some extremely off flavors in it. The dropped eggs was more of a tomato sauce soup. Nothing appeared as advertised. The lattes were incredibly over frothed - more like bad cappuccinos.
On the bright side, the server was very friendly. When he asked I mentioned that the hash wasn't what I expected, so he very kindly removed it from the bill. Regardless, I wouldn't go back for the food.
Great breakfast spot and menu is amazing. You absolutely must get a benedict. The “huge” mimosas are literally the best and really are huge. I think they use 1 bottle of champagne for 2 mimosas!
Just stumbled upon the place . . . very pleasantly surprised! The small plates were generous and delicious. Wonderful baked goods (baked on the premises) - and quiet enough to talk! Such a pleasure!!
The food was good. Eggs cooked to perfection. The "huge" mimosa was fantastic (I chose grapefruit and pomegranate). French toast was nice. Overall a nice brunch date- I wouldn't go out of my way for it again and the wait/line can be crazy so I wouldn't wait.

Venture beyond their famous burger (yep, it's that good) and into other
items on the menu and you'll be glad you did.
Just had their short rib pot pie, likely the closest to heaven I'll ever get!
