About

Mouthful portions, Buddha artifacts priming the interior and rich flavors characterize Miss Asia Cuisine. The restaurant exhibits Thai and Asian inspired culinary artwork in a mirrored dining room which adds to the sense of space. At Miss Asia Cuisine, patrons can either opt for casual tables and chairs or enjoy a dining intimacy in capacious booths with their families.

The menu is structured around all the primary core ingredients — chicken, beef, seafood, duck, rice and veggies — an expansive selection. While there are many flavorful authentic platters to be served, panang curry salmon, crying tiger, pad ped seafood, rama chicken and miso soup are often the patrons' preferred choices. Miss Asia Cuisine also ladles an exotic selection of beverages, namely: Thai Ice tea and Thai ice coffee.

food was delicious, service was ok...didn't like the fact that the server brought a check before asking if we wanted dessert.

Amazing food. It's BYOB so it's already great before you even begin. Food came out quickly and hot. We ordered the calamari, egg rolls, Basil fried rice and Mongolian Beef. Everything was outstanding except the calamari. It was worth a shot, but it just didn't meet standards. Service was OK. Friendly, but a bit slow. Try it out if you're in the area.

The restaurant looked old and outdated. Food was very greasy for Thai food and the presentation of the dishes were not very appealing. Food tasted OK. I've had much better Thai food at much cheaper price and better looking restaurant. Service was horribly slow and our waitress, even though there was only 3 tables was more interested in playing on her phone than paying attention to her customers. We ordered hot tea and got lukewarm tea (water was just not hot enough to properly seep the tea bag!).
I would definitely not recommend this restaurant at all. It was a waste of time and money.

The food did not seem very fresh and it lacked flavor. I could have been what we ordered but I definitely will not go back again.

We checked this place out on a weeknight before a nearby movie. As it was early, it was quick and easy to be seated at a booth. I had my favorite Thai dish - Pad Kee Mao - and it was delicious. I'll definitely have it again when I'm in the neighborhood.

We've been here a few times and always left happy. Pricing is great. It's BYOB if you want and the food is delicious. I think they do a pretty decent carry out/delivery business. Loved my chicken noodle dish this last time but can't remember what it's called! Sorry Open Tablers!

I wanted to order sticky mango rice for dessert - one of their specialties. But our server told us the mangos this time were not the best - a little sour. I appreciated this info and went for the fried bananas instead and was pleased.

Great spot!

food was delicious especially the chicken cashew, potstickers and mango coconut rice. food came out very quickly (almost too fast as dessert was out 5 minutes after the meals arrived) but we had stopped eating for over 20 minutes with nobody asking if we wanted the check/boxes and had to ask for it because it was clear nobody was coming by to check on us. would definitely get it again but maybe as takeout and not dine in

I may have missed it, but this is a BYO wine or beer dining establishment. I did not see that anywhere on the web-site. Conveniently, the liquor store is just a few doors down. Better to know in advance though.

Food was good but, we were the ONLY diners in the restaurant at 6:30 pm -- felt a little odd.

Anyway, it was good and spicy, how we like it. But the ambiance was lacking as there were no other patrons and no mood lighting of any sort.

No matter, we were off to the show after our meal.

Pricing was so reasonable. We split 3 entrees and two appetizers between a group of four and our billl was under $15 per person!

We love this neighborhood place for the food and the service. You can always get a table and prices are very reasonable (I felt a little guilty using a Groupon recently!). Very diverse menu and they can make things as hot as you want. Beware of "level 10" - not meant for American palates! Love the steamed pot stickers and shrimp shumai, plus curry dishes and noodle dishes. If you forget to BYOB, there's a liquor store a few doors down.

Great spot for quick, no hassle byob Thai. Our waitress was great, and provided wonderful/honest recommendations which we very much appreciated. Unsure why they have spaghetti as a side on the menu? She wasn't sure either. Portions not as huge as typical Thai places, but def more than sufficient. We ordered the chkn lumpia (not bad, but nothing to yelp abt), spicy basil chkn (excellent. I asked for mild, & it definitely was; will ask for medium spicy next time), tofu pad Thai (yum w/o that frequent smell some Thai dishes have), and the tofu Thai fried rice (highly recommended). Prices are good for lakeview, and it's a quick in and out. Seems like they have amazing lunch deals as well. Would def keep Miss Asia on our Thai rotation!

Always excellent. Can't be the quantity and quality of the food along with the inexpensive total. BYOB makes it over the top!!!

Miss Asia has the charm of a family operated restaurant. The wait staff is attentive and very fiendly. the food is good and it's always a pleasant experience to eat there.

I read the reviews and that is why I made the reservation. The food was not anything special. It was not worth the one hour drive. There are many better Thai restaurants in Chicago. The staff and the owner were friendly and happy to see us. But, on a Friday night when we saw only three tables are taken, we had a feeling.

My dining experience at Miss Asia was so horrible it was comical. I went with my wife and four friends from our running club. Although the place was less than 25% full when we arrived (and we had reservations) it took several minutes to be seated. Then it took almost an hour to receive appetizers! During our long, long wait the server never refilled our water (my wife had to keep getting up to track staff down for water) and never apologized about the unreasonable wait for the food. A two course meal (of very mediocre food) took two hours. Paying the bill was equally arduous and they tacked on an undeserved auto gratuity. As we left we joked that we could have ordered our meal, ran a half marathon and arrived just in time for the food.

I went here for my birthday and had a group of 20ppl and the service and food were good. I called ahead of time to pre-order the appetizers because we had another spot to go to and were in a hurry and upon arrival there was a table for 20 set for us and we only had to wait 2mins before the food started to come to the table. GREAT SERVICE!!
