Miro's Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Love this restaurant and the awesome service. If u fine there highly recommend Sammy as ur server. Exceptional and knowledgeable. I would have rated this much higher overall and food rating but with cold ciopinno can’t do it. I excusable for this to occur at any price point. I didn’t mention it at the time bc we took friends there for a birthday celebration. Didn’t want to have that what they remembered. But it was disappointing.
Would still recommend. I will return as we have in the past.
Loved the ambiance at Miro's, and the service was outstanding. My companion and I ordered the cioppino, which was very good, except the scallops were a bit overcooked. Only one scallop of the many in the plate was cooked just right, the rest were slightly tough. Still good, but at $49 a plate, I expect perfectly cooked seafood.
This was our first time at Miro’s and our group of 4 really enjoyed our dinner. Our server Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The food and wine was excellent and we will definitely return. The total dining experience was one of the best we have ever enjoyed in a Palm Springs.
Absolutely, delish! Miro's is a fine dining restaurant that you want to take your time to eat, enjoy the ambiance and your company. We sat outside and were given cozy blankets as we ate. The tapas plate was great, however by the time we ate the appies we were almost too full to eat dinner. I would definitely recommend for date night or getting together with your favorite friend(s).
Didn't realize Miro's was a cross between German and Croatian food, but that was great. Everything before the main course was great (caesar salad, cabbage salad, roasted red peppers stuffed with feta was to die for). Dinners were just OK. Salmon with crabcake was a little bland, and the short rib was half-dry. Waiter was top-notch though. Overall a good experience that didn't break the bank.
I was taken in by the beautiful website listing all its good recommendations when I made this reservation. I agree that the service was excellent, but the dinners themselves were only mediocre. The bread that was served was surprisingly tasteless, my chicken noodle soup was mostly noodles, and I didn't care for the strong garlicky taste of my beef bourguignon nor for the fact that my husband had to order an extra glass of wine since each time the glass was filled to only about 1/3 the usual amount. We didn't complain or anything. We just skipped desert, paid our bill of $128.00 (including tip) and left. CB
My two friends and I were in town for a conference and wanted a special meal together. Milo's was recommended and did not disappoint. We are all gluten free and the waiter brought us hummus and veggies instead of bread, to munch on with our drinks. Service was impeccable without being fussy and we felt so welcomed. The food was tasty and delightful
Beautiful setting, both inside and out. We started outside in November, wife felt a little chilly, and they graciously moved us inside. Very European ambiance and feel. Very personal attention and service. Meatballs truly outstanding. Schnitzel about the best in the world. If you like great northern European food, not always that great, this is for you.
interesting, changing menu
lovely terrace for outdoor dining, especially festive at night
heat lamps and blankets available if needed
combination mediterranean/eastern european menu
moroccan stew chicken or beef delicious
Also excellent black cod.
Waiter Brian very professional, and has an excellent sense of humor!
Some of the food -- our appetizers -- were extremely good (the cabbage rolls and burek)... but the entrees were just passable, nothing great (the osso bucco and the schnitzel). The real snag in the evening was our waiter. It was like having a waiter who was stressed, easily irritated, and in a bad mood. In addition, he seldom came to our table to check on water and drinks. He had no idea what the soup was, telling us it was one thing and then 5 minutes later telling the table next to us it was something else. We were rather disappointed in the experience here and won't be returning.
We took friends for their first visit and, like us, they loved it. It was a beautiful Palm Springs evening to dine outside. As always, the food and service was outstanding. Still my favorite dining experience in Palm Springs. Looking forward to the next visit.
We use to live in Rancho Mirage and Miro's was our favorite dining destination.
So every time we come back for a visit we make it a must, to go there. They had a fire this past summer and has rebuilt, better than ever. But the menu and food remained the same.
It is not a tourist destination but most local that appreciate great food and service know and have made it a favorite, as well.
