Very enjoyable lunch. Good food, fabulous views. Service was excellent.
We came for my husband’s birthday. Everything was delicious. The pacing of the dining experience was perfect. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Very happy with our visit!
Our meal was very good . Everything was cooked perfectly. The device was very good also. You will be seeing us there again soon. I typically am not a guy for a fancy restaurant, but I really enjoyed the food and the experience.
Excellent food and ambience. Will definitely go back again.
Excellent food and service.
Also family friendly
Team did an excellent job to accommodate one additional person as I messed up reservations. Great setting and great meal. Had the Ling Cod which had excellent flavor. Others in group had 2 different pasta dishes and they loved them.
Always a pleasure visiting. Views are spectacular, lunch menu pairing a nice treat.
Always amazing food, view and service - and of course the wine!
Excellent location, great food, excellent scenery and ambience
Everything great except middle of pizzas were soggy. Outside of crust and flavour superb but number pizza not cooked.
We are Tinhorn Winery Crush Club members. Had a great casual dinner last pm at Miradoro: salad, excellent pizzas, good wine. On previous visits during COVID times, the restaurant had been much quieter and less busy. It was very busy last night and regulations were being followed with Passports checked, etc. Even though it was a rainy evening, lights of Osoyoos and Oliver were visible to enjoy. Stunning views in daylight hours from the lovely building. A fun evening!
Fantastic meal with amazing wine pairings. The drive up and the view at the top are outstanding.
Great view, great food, quality service! Can’t beat it for a special occasion.
Beautiful views. Excellent food with lovely wines. Can’t wait to return.
Great selection and value.
We traveled a long distance to go to Miradoro Loved the restaurant totally worth the drive. The greeter went the extra mile helping one of our group get his QR code. He had been trying and brought all his receipts and labels from his vaccines Food was amazing
Great food and service. Lovely view. A glass of wine was expensive and small serving. Otherwise a great restaurant
Great pizza, pasta, wine and service. View is incredible.
Amazing, every time. We love it!
Host was not very helpful and told me he did not know how long hike was nor did he know how to get to the trail. When I came back for later it took 45 minutes to get our lunch.
Visiting with relatives. Everything was good- not great
Dear Lolo, Thank you for your review and reservation. We off our apologies that things were only good, not great and will endeavor to do better in the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Covid protocol well handled, tables nicely spaced for relaxed quiet conversation. No blaring music! Service very good and the food ( and wine) was excellent!
Dear ChrisB, Thank you for your feedback and reservation. We're so pleased that you loved all aspects of your visit and we hope you join us again soon. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Outstanding as always!
Awesome! - Thanks for your visit. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Such a beautiful setting. Delicious wine and food. Great service.
Food was fantastic, waitress lovely, view incredible!!
Dear Polly, Thank you for your reservation and comments. We're so pleased to have hit it out of the park for you and we hope to have you in again soon! Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
The food was amazing, the server was abrasive and rude. If it were my restaurant, I would not want her as the front line staff - she was more suited for back of house. The server made it less classy than intended but the prices remained the same.
Dear CCEATS, Thank you for your reservation and comments. We offer our sincere apologies for any service missteps with your meal. I'm glad to have been able to speak with you about this and will use your feedback in coaching. We hope that you will rejoin us in the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Service was outstanding. Noise level fairly high however the food we did not enjoy at all. The spaghetti was so highly pepper infused that it made it unable to enjoy the wine pairing nor complete the entire meal. It was very disappointing
Dear JohnW, Thank you for you comments and reservation. We offer our sincere apologies that you didn't like your black pepper carbonara. This is one of our signature items so we'll be sure to pass on your feedback to our Executive Chef to ensure it is being prepared as per his instruction. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery
My husband & I were looking forward to the BC salmon salad. The salmon was over cooked & served on a bed of basil leaves & cucumber peels, the outer bitter peels. The charcuterie plate had tiny pieces of cheese & other offerings-$30 for 2. The salmon salad was $35 each so overpriced for mediocre quality. The wine was good though and the view is spectacular. Our friends were disappointed in their pasta dishes & didn’t finish them. Maybe we should have tried the pizza!?
Dear Jules, Thank you for your feedback and reservation. We offer our sincere apologies that you did not like your menu choices. While disappointing, you'll appreciate knowing that the salmon is no longer offered on our menu. We'll be sure to pass on your comments to our Executive Chef for future menu planning. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
I was disappointed not in the restaurant ,but with the open table booking. I couldn’t book past 3:45. We ended up going to the late lunch rather than dinner which we wanted. The manager who sat us was able to find later dinning options on his phone but I couldn’t book it on mine. The restaurant was almost empty and had lots of later openings.
The three of us having lunch all shared the same opinion. Loved the food and wine but was shocked by the attitude of our waitress. We tried to engage her in conversation but were blasted with curt uninterested responses. We also felt our wine glasses were aggressively plunked down at the table. We were pleased when another server delivered our lunch. Unsure her name. Maybe she was having a bad day, she should have called in sick.
We were served bread without being asked and charged $10 for it for 2 people. Overall the food was not as outstanding as last year.
Staff very helpful. Food was delicious and the ambiance wonderful. Having just done a wine tasting we were well Informed as to what to expect with the different wines.
Amazing service and delicious food. Excellent COVID 19 safety protocol adherence. So delightful to enjoy a treat like this. Thank you to the whole team there for being awesome. You are so appreciated.
Dear lovely, We thank you for your reservation and kind words. I have shared your feedback across our entire team to let them know how appreciated they are. We look forward to taking care of you again in the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Thanks TammyH, We hope you join us for another slice soon! Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
The view and ambiance are great. However, we were quite disappointed with the food. We each had their dry rub ribeye steak…I would rate one steak as a 4/10 and the other a 7/10. The sides and appetizers were also nothing special and disappointing.
We are wine club members and love their wines and were really looking forward to a nice dinner in their beautiful restaurant. I’m not sure we would have dinner there again😔
Dear KevH, Thank you for your reservation and feedback. We offer our sincere apologies that you did not like your steaks. Whilst this is disappointing, you'll be pleased to know that item is no longer offered on our menu. We're sorry that you won't be rejoining us again the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Fabulous food, service and ambience. Only drawback was the noise level in the restaurant. Highly recommend.
Dear BsrbsrsS Thank you for your reservation and comments. We're so thrilled you enjoyed your meal with us and we look forward to hosting you again soon. Kind Regard, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Beautiful setting, looking out at the valley - what more could you ask for?! We started in the tasting room, which our server was fabulous! Then off to Miradoro for dinner and we were not disappointed! Pizza was excellent, the Orechiette with wild boar sausage was good, although really couldn't taste the sausage....that could have had more of a presence. Overall was a lovely evening.
Dear NOLA, Thank you for your feedback and reservation. We appreciate you joining us after your wine tasting and it's fantastic that you had a great meal with us. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
The waitress seemed agitated and almost confrontational when asked a question.
The Sangria was the worst I have ever had.
On a good note the service was prompt the food was good and the view fabulous.
I have been before other years and fared much better so would come again.
Dear Julie, Thank you for your answer, I've used your comments in coaching the server. We thank you in advance for retrying us in the future. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
Great spot, service and food!
Thanks Kossy! Hope to have you back in again soon. Kind Regards, Sam Lymbery General Manager
