We are open for dinner Tuesday thru Saturday from 5:30 pm till closing.
Enjoy outdoor dining on our back deck along the creek during the summer.
Our server got our cocktail order wrong for both of us. Each cocktail was wrong and she had to take our drinks back to the bar and have them remade. She did not listen to what we ordered.
Love this restaurant! So comfortable you don’t want to leave! We had a wonderful meal during Vail and Beaver Creek Restaurant Week. Everything was exceptional except the salad which was still very good! The service is beyond what you hope for. Very lovely evening and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
I was fairly disappointed. I dined st this restaurant last winter and was very impressed. This time the service was rather poor and erratic. The appetizers and soups showed up before bread. The wine by the glass menu didn’t include anything I could recognize. The lamp chops arrived medium well instead of medium rare. In the middle of the meal a loud music started to blare out of the ceiling. Took a while to switch to something more appropriate. Overall, almost s different place than only 6 months ago.
An excellent place to dine. We had 2 friends from Miami and the four of us truly enjoyed the food, service, location and experience. The portion sizes were just right.... not too big like many of the restaurants seem to provide these days.
Mirabelle never disappoints. Took my houseguests there and they loved everything they ordered!! Definitely will return many times! Thanks!
Mirabelle offers consistently creative cuisine, true to the farm to table concept with entrees that comfort and delight. Always enjoy the vegetables that decorate the entrees ... The lobster bisque was so beautiful, the stock rich with the essence of the shells and if there was cream, it was so well blended we couldn’t taste it! The Colorado goat cheese with beets was a wonderful contrast of color and flavor. The elk steak was excellent, and while it came a little rarer than we liked, Andreas cheerfully returned it to the kitchen and it came back deliciously perfect. The sole meunière was brown on the edges, my favorite entree. Thank you for giving us our favorite table! We had a lovely evening.
A WONDERFUL MEAL, EFFICIENT AND UNOBTRUSIVE SERVICE AND GENERALLY EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN A FINE DINING ESTABLISHMENT.
Excellent dining experience!
Serving staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable of their menu
Mirabelle is a mainstay of fine dining in Beaver Creek. The food is always excellent and the service is friendly and efficient. Wine list is also excellent and they will recommend the perfect match for your entree within a range of price points. I have been a Mirabelle customer for nearly 30 years and I have always recommended this fine establishment to my friends.
We saved Mirabelle for the last night of our vacation with high hopes, but could not have been more disappointed. Aside from the roasted elk, the food lacked flavor and was not properly cooked (i.e. chicken was undercooked). We would have been disappointed in the quality of the food if we went to a mediocre restaurant, let alone a restaurant for which we had such high expectations. The fact that you pay a premium for such poor food just adds salt to the wound. Needless to say, we won't be returning to Mirabelle anytime soon.
My wife and I came for our anniversary. We have been coming to Beaver Creek for many years and have always wondered about The restaurant. This now is our favorite spot in Beaver. The service was best we’ve had in the area in the past 4 years we’ve been here and the food was beyond what we expected. The attention to detail is what sets them apart.
My son’s birthday! Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and great service. Highly recommend!!
Excellent atmosphere wonderful food and service. Nice children’s menu
Everything was outstanding. Cuisine, service, wine, ambiance, location and parking.
Pefrct as always! Brought a couple with us who had never been. They were very impressed and will return!
This used to be my favorite restaurant , but I will think twice before I return. The waitress was not happy that I wanted my water without ice and was clearly put out when I questioned her wine pour. I buy more soliel Chardonnay frequently and the most expensive reserve is $31.00. To charge $19 for an inch of wine is absurd. The food is still great, but I resent being gouged.....
Excellent choice and quality of food in a convivial atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service. Slightly cool with patio door always open.
We had an outstanding experience. The food was over the top. The Belgium Chjef prepared the best Belgium meal we have had since moved back to the USA. Service was excellent.
Mirabelle is my wife's favorite restaurant in Eagle County and it never disappoints. The food was incredible, the service was amazing and the overall dining experience was second to none. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and the experience could not have been more perfect!! Well Done!!
We sat on the patio near the creek. The Dover sole was outstanding!
The staff at Mirabelle were all so welcoming and considerate of our every comfort. The food was amazing and so beautifully presented. We were privileged to be seated on the deck next to a babbling brook. It was like eating the very best in cusine out in nature.
Nice ataomshere, differant than ony other restaurant in the Vail valley, enjoy
Ordered sole and it came cold on a cold plate. Asked to have it heated they slipped it on a hot plate (finally) but the service presentation was suitable for a diner. The kitchen/manager better get a grip on his staff in the kitchen fast.
We usually love Mirabelle for its great food and beautiful setting, and have visited often through the years. This last time was a disappointment, though. The starters were all mediocre: ravioli in a coconut broth that tasted off, a shrimp dish that was more horseradish sorbet than anything else, and an asparagus soup that was overcooked and bland. When a waitress asked if our starters had been ok, the person who had eaten the soup said that honestly hers was not great, and instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the waitress seemed annoyed and left. The main courses were good, but again the desserts were a dissapointment. A meringue and fruit salad that tasted only of sugar, and a chocolate and sponge and peach concoction where the sponge was as dry as paper. Maybe this was a bad night, but we really did expect better given our previous experiences here.
Very nice atmosphere and great food. Bartender wasn’t the most friendly but the hostess was very nice. Waiter was very good. Didn’t rush us at all. He recognized that the bottle of champagne we ordered wasn’t cold so he made sure to ice it well. Had the chocolate soufflé. It was very good but next time I’d try a different dessert. Lamb was delicious.
Mirabelles always lives up to its reputation. Expensive, but worth the price!
The food and service was fabulous! We went there for dinner to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better place. Thank you Mirabelle for making our night special. We would definitely be back!
The restaurant was everything I had hoped for and more. Food and service was excellent and the outside dining was perfect for our dinner. If weather permits request outdoor dining. You won’t be sorry to dine next to the stream.
Great Food. Delicious.
We had a delightful meal. The service was very attentive. The pace of the meal was slightly rushed, but not off-putting.
As always, Mirrabelle Restaurant was remarkable, in service, and in amazing food. We always come here when visiting the Beaver Creek area.
Clean, exceptional food preparation and presentation, and the staff truly works to go above and beyond with service. Quaint atmosphere. Whole family is looking forward to going back (ages 10-48) soon!
Truly a treat at Beaver Creek!
Everything our party tried was outstanding: From lobster bisque and a tomato salad to the sole meunière and filet.
Attentive service without being pretentious. Will definitely visit again on our return to Beaver Creek!
Traveling in Colorado. Best food so far. Not huge quantity but excellent quality. Only downside was waiter trying out his snooty French attitude.
We went to our favorite valley spot for our 30th anniversary and it did not disappoint. The food, staff and atmosphere were outstanding
The restaurant is situated just inside the gate of Beaver Creek and is an old house with plenty of parking. As you enter there is a nice room with a bar and seating. You go up a couple of steps into a different room to dine. There is a pretty terrace that several diners were using but we opted for a table by the window in the main room. The decor is comfortable with nice tablecloths and napkins and the service friendly and efficient. The menu really is a French menu with a lovely variety of dishes but not too large. After ordering we were served a delicious "Amuse Bouche". The tuna appetizer was delicate and delightfully presented and the others said that their's were equally good. I had the lamb for an entree and it was really tender and tasty. The Elk and the risotto were similarly well received. We shared a chocolate desert and despite protests that it would not be eaten, it was. Lovely little Macarons and chocolates to finish. There is a good wine list with an impressive Bordeaux selection. Definitely a place we will return to.
