Join us for an intimate al fresco evening on our hidden patio as Minami partners with the renowned Jermann Winery of Italy for a one-night-only wine pairing dinner. This exclusive experience features a meticulously crafted multi-course menu, highlighting the vibrant flavours of the season paired with exquisite Jermann wines. The evening will feature special guest Felix Jermann, the sixth generation of the Jermann Winery, who will guide guests through a curated selection of vintages while sharing the rich legacy of the family's winemaking tradition.
