The whole experience was just OK. But not up to my first experience at this restaurant a year or two ago. Despite the fact that the reservation specified a special occasion (my wife's birthday), this was all but ignored by the staff. I finally mentioned the birthday to our waiter, who seemed like a good guy, thinking he just didn't know. His response was an obligatory, "Congratulations." At the end of the dinner we ordered two deserts, which were served with no fanfare or acknowledgment, and we said nothing more. But to our surprised, one desert was comped. Also worth noting that it was pouring rain that evening, but twice the Valet had to be asked to hold his umbrella over my wife going from/to the car. I'm left with the impression of a second tier, complacent staff. Seems like this price point and location warrant better.

Beautiful outdoor evening with heaters to take the edge off and good live music.

Went to celebrate a birthday, great welcome when we arrived, bar tender was really attentive as were the wait staff. General manager introduced himself to us and told us about the garden on the premises where a lot of their produce comes from. Food was excellent and going back again in 2 weeks with visitors from the UK, they're going to love it. About a 30 minute drive from us but worth it, I can see this might be a regular outing for us.

The table behind us were obnoxiously drunk and loud making for a very hard to talk evening

Exec chef came out and introduced himself to the table and had a great conversation! Loved it.

Server enhanced the meal with his information on the food, wine suggestion. he was prompt and attentive.

Fantastic meal and service. David, our server, was great, very helpful with suggestions and over the top service.

I have never had a bad meal at Miltons. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious!

We love Milton’s. One of our favorite restaurants in the ATL area. Fantastic appetizers, cocktails, entrees and desserts. Wonderful atmosphere. Conversation can be challenging in small rooms where there’s only a handful of tables in a very small room. It’s easy to hear everyone else’s conversation and easy to be overheard. A small price to pay for such a fantastic dining experience.

Roy is a great bartender. Enjoyed the delicious food and great interaction. The goat cheese grits are soooo good. Such a great place!

We ate dinner at Milton’s for my husbands birthday on Saturday night. It is always a great experience. We ate on the back porch and there was a musician playing. The food and wine were great and we had great service. We always enjoy going to Milton’s.

The appetizer special was oysters Rockefeller . It was fabulous! I’ve never had oysters Rockefeller that were so tasty and savory. Even if you don’t like oysters you would like these.
The blackened salmon dinner was perfect. The seasoning was delicious but not overwhelming and the salmon was cooked to a perfect temperature . The pimento cheese grits were very creamy and very tasty. The sautéed spinach was cooked just right- not too much garlic .

We took a couple of friends to Milton Cuisine and we all enjoyed our meals and dining experience.

Best food and service

Delightful server, very helpful with my older mother & my food allergies!

The food was about a 6-7 on a 1-10 scale. I had trout, which was fine. My fiancé had pork tenderloin which was okay. The sweet potato shrimp fritters had very little flavor, almost no sweet potato or shrimp taste yet had a bit of a spice to them. The extra side I ordered of spinach was pretty good, perhaps the best part of my meal. The couple we were with had the salmon and the trout and were pleased with their meals. The server was very nice and attentive. Not sure we would go back because it's a little pricey and I didn't see a lot on the menu I'd want.

Took my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. Milton’s was outstanding.

We took my 77 year old mother out for her birthday. We were greeted as we entered the parking lot by warm smiling faces and that was true of everyone we encountered for the next 2hours. The only thing better than the staff’s efforts to make us feel welcome and relaxed was the food. HOLY COW! The food was amazing. Every dish was professionally prepared with marvelous flavors. Nothing we ordered was over or under cooked. Everything was perfect and it arrived at our table at the same time! Our waiter was (in a word) sensational! He was not too involved in our evening but was always present when we needed him. And he did an outstanding job with trying to explain grits to our British friend. Lol! Thanks for one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long, long time!

We're new to the Atlanta area.. and love our restaurant experiences. Fine dining and quality service is something we will not compromise. To our delight, Milton's did not disappoint on Easter 2018. We loved everything from the entry way to the scenic view with open outdoor seating and space. The food was amazing, and an absolute best for us was our waiter Mike B. Mike B. took great care of us by establishing a connection with us as soon as we were seated, providing exceptional & friendly service throughout our dining, and making us feel welcome to come back sooner than we were expecting. Thanks Mike B. for a great experience... we'll see you soon.

Milton's never disappoints. The shrimp and grits was amazing. While I never write about a restaurants salads, I had the baby bib wedge as my first course, and I didn't leave a morsel left on the plate. My brunch companions said that the Caesar salads and crab bisque soup were to die for. The also said that the salmon was incredible. Thank you, Milton's, for a terrific Easter Brunch.

Great lovely birthday dinner

My wife and I seldom eat out anymore because the majority of restaurants we tried served food that was inferior to the amateur work we could do at home on almost any night. Milton's Cuisine and Cocktails is the exception that allows us to enjoy a night out from time to time. The food is consistently good and the staff is always excellent. Milton's is our favorite restaurant in metro-Atlanta and we always take our out-of-town guests there during their visits. It's a bit of a drive from our home, but we think it's worth the effort.

Always a good meal. A little pricey. I think the entree menu offerings could be expanded a little. Maybe a couple of more chicken and seafood selections. Steak selection is fine already. Even though I eat gluten free I felt the breads looked very tempting, and my family confirmed they were exceptional. I would love it if you added some gluten free pasta dishes. There are several excellent gluten free pastas on the market. I especially like Ronzoni brand that I buy a Kroger. I can substitute it in any recipe with nearly indistinguishable results.

Had a great evening with friends. This was one of several visits for us but new for them. Great food, good service. Really a great place for a special evening.

The lump crab cakes are the best! The bread was also great.

We really enjoyed our meal at Milton's. The food is always top-notch and the servers do a great job making you feel at home. It was a bit noisy with live music coming from the bar and different music being played through the speakers, but they were very accommodating and moved us to a quieter table. We will definitely be back.

Amazing food as always. Our service was a little rushed. We were enjoying talking with friends and felt like we were continually interrupted - better than being ignored I guess ! But would have appreciated a better “read” on the table and let things flow a bit easier. However we always love Milton’s !

My mother came into town to visit my fiancé and myself. Milton’s cuisine and cocktails was the perfect place to bring a Mom and the woman I’m marrying. Server was very attentive. Food tasted great. The atmosphere is very classy and sophisticated. They even have an acre of land in the back with gardens and walkways that the guests are free to explore. We’ll definitely be going back.
