About Milos By Costas Spiliadis-Miami
Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis is renowned for its exceptional fish and seafood, its elegance, sophistication and its refined approach to the Grecian culinary experience. Through 35 years of intensive research, Milos has managed to build lasting relationships with growers, producers and small-scale family fisheries in the Mediterannean islands and the shores of Greece, from where the fresh fish arrives in daily. An open kitchen is offset by a fish market display providing diners with a stunning selection of more than a dozen varieties of whole fresh fish served by the pound. While they vary with the changing of the tides, guests have the opportunity to engage in their dining experience - pick it, price it and make it theirs.

Milos By Costas Spiliadis-Miami Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant have a good space, the area with the seafood are open to choose and watch been prepared ,
The entrees are amazing, in special a zuchinni and eggplants tower, also the crab cake.
We order a fish cooked with a layer of salt.
The desserts are very good.
This was the first time I ate here and I can say it will definitely not be the last. Everything was absolutely delicious! The waiters were very helpful and knowledgable. Tried multiple appetizers as well as several entrees. Make sure to leave room for the most authentic Greek yogurt as well as Loukoumades! Wonderful place for any occassion!
Food, as usual, was terrific. Branzino and grilled shrimp, Greek salad, hummus, delicious Greek wine and great yogurt with honey. Excellent, except the tomato’s we not as crisp as usual. The wait staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, esp our waiter, Refi.
This was our third time to Milos' in two trips (twice the first time) and we now make it a regular stop during our visits to Miami - all food is top quality, carefully selected and prepared, down to the best olive oil anywhere. But the Baklava is worth the price of the plane ticket to get to Miami, best I've ever had (well, I should add in a restaurant, as my great grandpa made the all-time best).
Have been to all Milos restaurants around the world - this is my favourite from a vibe and ambience point of view - food is average at best but the whole experience is great so would still recommend - but don’t expect great food. The slickly “sold” specials are around 2 to 3 times more than menu prices - caveat emptor!
Dinner for 2 with no alcohol was more than 1 Michelin 3 Star meal and 2 Michelin 2 Star meals I’ve had in the last 6 months. We ate the smallest stone fish, 4 shrimp, a side of hummus, a side of vegetables, and bottled water... it was $575!!! Everything was decent to good, however nothing was amazing. Obviously I spend a lot of money on food but at places with similar price points in New York, LA, or Europe you get 11-18 courses, impeccable service, and significantly better food. Overall the food was quite bland without a lot of spice or flavor. We did enjoy the olive oil. I would never go back.
