The staff was trying, but the establishment had the servers doing all the bussing, setting, and stocking so they had little time to attend to customers. Not the servers fault. Management needs to hire more or cut down seating to manageable levels.
Food was average. Ambiance was beautiful.
The Milleridge Inn is a unique dining experience. It is an old building set on a large piece of property that this time of year is decorated for the holidays. There are holidays shops and a light display. My husband and I both had the Milleridge Chicken and it was delicious! Our daughter had the half roasted chicken which she also said was tasty as well. The cinnamon bread that comes before the entrees was unique and very good. My daughter and I shared the fried calamari as an appetizer. My daughter thought it was the best she ever had. The wait staff were attentive. The dining room we ate in was quiet and relaxed when we arrived but quickly filled up. We had a table in the middle of the room with another table close to us which wasn't ideal. Overall, our experience was very good. It was an expensive night out but a unique experience that we would not have changed.
Very nice to dine here during the holidays. Nice decorations and Carolers.
65 th Birthday. Milleridge is not what it used to be. The 3 categories for price fixe were not what it used to be. For 45$ a pot pie or hamburger we’re an example of the choices. Either a salad or soup were included and a dessert. My husband had the pot pie and it was lukewarm. His dessert was the Apple strudel that was hard and had no taste. Menu was limited and of a lower standard than the original Milleridge. The Carolers were sadly not of the same standard either. There were only 3 Carolers and they only came into the room once. Sang 3 songs and gone.
What was most disappointing was my husband asked for a candle to be put on the desserts and after waiting quite awhile the dessert was delivered and the waitress said she couldn’t find a candle. Ridiculous that a restaurant dosent have a candle. Very disappointed.
Menu had shrunk big time compared to visits prior pop overs have been discontinued (sad) at least they still have cinnamon bread
Our afternoon date was the perfect way to begin the Christmas season!
Our meal choices were delicious! Milleridge never disappoints!
The service was awful last night when we went. Our server was Bryhan P and I ordered the sauerbraten dish and I couldn’t eat it. It was to peppery which has never happened before with it, tried getting my servers attention he never came over once until after the rest of my party was finished eating. When he asked me if I wanted it wrapped I said no I couldn’t eat it and wanted to speak to someone about it he said sorry and never got anyone to speak to. He was nice but didn’t do anything about me being unhappy. So I wasted money and food and had to pay for it!
I was very disappointed with the menu. My favorite food item, (Filet Mignon) was not on the menu.
I've been going to The Milleridge Inn since September 1968 and this is the first time, I could not have the Filet Mignon. Everything else was Lovely: The Service and
The Ambience were as usual, wonderful.

Food was Awful!
Very nice staff, good food
We had a fantastic family dinner to kick off the holidays. Everything was delicious and the staff were incredibly courteous and kind.
Food arrived less than hot. Steak was delicious but the potatoes as the side dish was disappointing. Chicken pot pie was tepid at best. Beef barley soup was good as was the dessert
Great fixed price specials in 3 price ranges with old fashion specials. Excellent service and very patient since I hadn't seen my friend in 2 years and we had a lot of talking and catching up.
The host was not rude, and the waitress was not nice.
food was very good! Much better than in past years! Not salty at all, tasty and good portions. Would definitely go back!
Wonderful venue. We saw the Halloween village snd did some shopping. Surprise we saw roosting peacocks! Even a rare black one! Fabulous
The food was okay but the wait for our order to be taken and our food to come was very long. The staff was great but we think they were just short-staffed. We were at our table for over an hour and a half but spent only about 15 minutes with food in front of us. We will probably go again because we usually love the place and would want to give it another try.
Enjoyed everything at the Miller ridge inn last night. Food was delicious, servicer was very good. I will be back hopefully very soon !
The food was excellent my complement to the Chief. The waiter was kind of a disappointment He took my drink and didn’t ask me if I wanted another one He got lost for awhile that another server ask if we wanted desert A waitress was more tentative to our needs and it wasn’t her table even the bus boy was more helpful then our waiter. We will be back but I will not have the same waiter
The food was terrible as was the service. We will not go back again!
Haunted Village was great. Dinner not so good. Three hours to eat. We understand that its hard to find people to work but that is no excuse for cold food. People were leaving their tables after appetizers because their kids were getting antsy. Our appetizer plates were still on the table when we were eating desert. We love coming to the Milleridge but we have never seen it like this and we’re shocked when we brought our guests there. Hope it gets back to normal before Christmas!
Still so lovely after al these years
Enjoyable experience. Nice variety on the price fixe menu. Carrot soup great! Generous portions. Hearty entree choices. Would have liked maybe one healthier option but then again that is not what you come here for! The cinnamon bread was amazing and the desserts great too. Overall a fun experience in a historic location. Service was attentive too!
Stumble across this place while in town with co-workers. The food is really good and all staff were pleasant. Would recommend the place if in Jericho. So good we will be back before leaving town.
Food was sub par! 2 tables near yo us complained about their food. Dining area is very dated! Octoberfest was over but still playing oompah music.
Came here for the Sunday brunch buffet. Quite possibly the worst buffet experience ever. They advertise the seafood which was not fresh at all. Lobster halves were rubbery at best and flavorless. I will say that they had pretty good prime rib. Paying nearly 70 dollars a person for brunch, there are certain expectations. For one, I expect them to be properly staffed. At one point, they had 1 poor college student handling 12 buffet stations, the omelet guy was handling omelets, prime rib cutting and trying to get someone to refill the seafood station which was empty. They ran out of plates on several occasions. As we were waiting for plates, they had three severs ( they improved but still barely) who were eating with their hands at the serving stations. Then took 20 minutes to just to get someone to bring the check. Not worth it at all...
I ordered chicken pot pie. There was no chicken in it & it was to watery. It was more like a vegetable soup.
My birthday dinner was fabulous
Waited 2 hours even with reservation. Then after being seated, no service for another 1/2 hour. Left and went to another restaurant.
Octoberfest menu was delicious!
The food was great, Better than the last two times I ate there. The only problem was the service, there are not enough waiters for the amount of tables. The person we had, had told us that it is because of the lack of help they currently have. I would hate to see this old, great place go down the tubes because of it. It is a GREAT place though.
What a disappointment! We were there for the buffet-shrimp overcooked, lobster filled with water, no serving spoons -sausages over seasoned.
Went a few years ago n it was lovely-not any more!
Great family restaurant and family fun in the little village...
Wanted to see how our favorite restaurant was doing. Food was ok. Somewhat overcooked. There were 4 of us and the pot roast was dry. Shrimps were over cooked. But the ambiance was still there. The wait staff was really minimal and they worked really hard. Very professional. All the shops were closed. Still sad. Fixed menus was old
Entire room was poorly lit. Food was surprisingly subpar for all dishes. The servers were great.
We had a reservation set, when we got there the hostess didn’t even come to the front to greet us for at least 30 minutes. I called Milleridge Inn in order to see if she would come to pick up the phone. The phone rang endlessly in front of me no answer or hostess in sight. Once we finally got seated it took even longer time for the waitress to greet us. Once greeted we ordered our food which was even worse than the service all in all bad experience.
Their buffet brunch is always incredible! The only suggestion I would have is to improve the dessert selection. There used to be an ice cream bar and chocolate fondue fountain. Given that the cost of brunch has increased, it would be nice to see this reflected somewhere. Other than that, it was great!
They would be ashamed and embarrassed if I told you about a brunch experience
Menu had definite value but seemed a little “aged”
