Second visit was not quite as good as the first, but still head and shoulders above the ordinary.

The food was amazing. Best food I have had in a long time. The waiter was informative not only in the food, but also with the history for the restaurant/town.

Had to wait at the door. Two couple came in after we did and got drinks and food b4 us ordered peach cobbler and it took about a hour to get it not to happy it was our first time going and my last time

My husband and I were celebrating a special occasion, and our server gave us wonderful service, and led us to make wonderful menu choices. He was very knowledgeable! The location was beautiful and all of the food was delicious!

Mill Pond Steakhouse was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th. The service is outstanding, absolutely impeccable. The food was exquisite in taste and generous in portions.
This was our first visit but definitely not our last and we will be recommending Mill Pond to all of our friends and thanking the couple who recommended it.

I have been to Millpond Steakhouse a few times with my in-laws. I have loved it every time we go. I recently took my mom there for a nice dinner since she's never been before. We had the fried green tomatoes, chopped salad, and split the crabcake entree and filet mignon with marsala sauce entree. We got the twice baked potato and creamed spinach for our sides. We wrapped up this amazing dinner with the cherry cobbler. Our waiter, Michael from Connecticut, was amazing and very attentive and friendly. Noah was also fantastic and kept our drinks filled. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Service was great. Bill did a fantastic job. Had the high dollar bone in fry ages ribeye. Ordered medium. Came out raw.

Great job! Bill took care of us and did an awesome job. Clyde and his guys were on point as always. Marianne and her staff always make it worth while.

Awesome service. Menu is kinda pricey, but worth every penny. Always a delicious meal! A true hidden gem out in the middle of nowhere.

New Year’s Eve dinner and it was the same menu as the previous year I believe. Food is always fantastic however.

We have been to The Mill Pond many times.
On this occasion the service was sub par.
The waitress did not ask us about their cobbler which is their signature dessert and has to be ordered with diner.
They forgot our twice baked potato and until the end of the meal did anyone ask how things are.
Also, they served a piece of cornbread that had been cut into thirds. That was silly and absurd for a restaurant of their caliber.
The food that we got was fine but in all it was a disappointing evening.

Something has changed. Service still top notch but the aged ribeye and literally every other entree was average at best. We have always enjoyed eating at the Mill Pond so hopefully they will it figure out soon.

The Mill Pond Steakhouse is phenomenal. I took my Mother and Aunt there for dinner. We started with a salad that was large enough to split between us three. Then we all had the 8oz Queen Cut Filet which was cooked to perfection. Next time we would probably only get 2 steaks as the portions were very large and plenty enough to share. The Spinach and Macaroni were delightful. The mixture of ingredients in both made for a mouth watering treat. To end the meal we had their berry cobbler which had a nice buttery crust. Needless to say our visit was Absolutely Amazing. I will certainly visit again. Thank you as well to Michael who made our experience very pleasant and relaxing.

Everything was great, but we did need to ask to be moved from our original seating. It was next to a window and very cold.

Our steaks were very good as was the service. The sides, however, were just average. The twice baked potato was dry and didn’t have a lot of taste and the asparagus was bland. The sweet onions were good and by far the best of the ones we ordered.

Everything was a treat, as usual - great service, delicious food (sea scallops and filet with succotash and mac n cheese) and we caught a glimpse of the beautiful sunset over the pond.

My wife and I had a great date night Friday night. Attentive waitress and wonderful food.
