    I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and it was such a great experience! My mom and I really enjoyed our meal and our waiter was amazing. I’m glad I choose Milk River to spend my special day with my mom.

    Terrible experience! Took them one hour to give us a waiter. The music was so loud couldn’t hear myself think of speak & it was just terrible the place is extremely run down & disfigured. Never stepping foot again

    I had a party of six to celebrate a birthday and this was the perfect spot i enjoy the live bands, the food was great and the customer service was good also. Our wait time was less than 15 mins i would suggest to reserved your table before you get there.

    The restaurant overall was pretty good. The live band was good but it was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation with one another. I would definitely like to go back just minus the band.

    The restaurant was empty on a Friday night so it was pretty much dead inside. My party of 8 was squeezed into a small booth with barely any room to put our plates of food. The food was good but I didn’t really enjoy my dinner because it was so dead and empty. I thought it would be people there with nice music and dimmed lights, unfortunately, I was disappointed.

    I had a great time me and my wife plus friends lobster fried rice and thai wing great plus milk river milk drink delightful the baby making music was a welcome surprise i would recommend to enjoy and just give the staff time to warm up and u will have a ball big up to the bartender and host for making my wifes birthday a great experience and to the manager for checking to see that we was taking care of

    The staff is very pleasant however I had a party of 5 and they added a 18% tip on my bill. I gave a 20% tip on top of that without knowing. I know it was my mistake but they sure didn’t care about making sure I knew the mistake on the bill then wanted to charge full door price to go upstairs to the lounge.

    I would recommend this place for drinks and the live band. Overall my meal was not satisfying the portions are a good sizes. Shrimp over cooked. Thai wings hard and cold Macoroni with white cheese is not my preference. Drinks overall were good.

    I came here for my birthday and had a great time. The staff was super friendly, they were extra nice being that it was my event. The young lady at the front desk with the pink eyeshadow and the bomb lashes on the evening of January 11th, you’re a real one!! To the waiter to gave me the shot for my birthday, you came through too!! Great place if you want to chill and party right after.

    The waiter was friendly but took a long time to take our order. Also if dinner is being served there should be music playing. I do not recall music. I know this place is known for the late night parties but a warm ambiance should be present as long as patrons are dining.

    The restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing. The only but here is that there was only one server (Shamel) serving all the tables at the restaurant and it was a Saturday night at 7. They were very accommodating and this place is just breathtaking. Just please give Shamel some help. :-)

    I have been at the restaurant several times in the past a couple of years ago. On those days there was live music. This day, there was no Live music , pleasant and very empty. Great drinks and mediocre food. My friend had to send meal back and get something else. Disappointed.

    This was actually my second time at Milk River and I’m really shock on how terrible the food and service was. We order seafood and the crabs legs smelled like ammonia. The texture of the lobster was like eatting mash potatoes. The food was Extremely Oily and old. We told the waiter and he just laugh at us.. definitely never going back there again!!

    The food here is horrible after exchanging 2 meals I got annoyed. Not only do you have to go outside a wait online to get into the lounge after dining made no sense. I did not enjoy the lounge

    I went for bday dinner an i couldn't be seated until all my quest arrived was charged gratuity for 5 ppl supposed to be 6 ppl for the fee to be applied food was expensive didnt have the quality taste for the price drinks were watered down an too pricey i had the money to do what i like it was just not worth my hard earn 💰 but if i had to go again it would just be for the lounge not the food period not the jamiacan taste i know of my opinion ....

    Our table wasn’t ready on time. It took us 45 minutes to get water. We ordere chicken wings for the table and they were brought with no extra plates for sharing. We were given a dirty crab cracker after having to ask for it more than once (the waiter actually took it off someone else’s table and handed it to my friend). When we complained to the manager we were given a lot of excuses and a free bottle of champagne as if that was supposed to make up for it. And then, to add insult to injury, we were charged automatically a 18% gratuity for our party of 5. Really terrible experience and we went for my friend’s birthday. I would not recfommend this place and hope to never go back.

    All staff was wonderful especially Shanette. Some of the food was very salty. I could not eat the Chinese fried chicken and it did not come with any sides . The portion of the salmon and the sides was very small. When I walked into the place I fell in love with the place. My daughter an American and my son in law to be born in Jamaica wil l soon be married in Jamaica and needed a place to have some thing in New York for family and friends . I thought this would be the perfect place but the food had too many defaults. I am back looking for another venue.

    My reservation was for 9:00 pm I was running late I called to inform them.? I got there by 9:15pm. We waited for about 20:00 minuets to be seated don’t know why because the restaurant was fairly empty. The hostess took us to a table for two that was directly next to the stage, a live band was scheduled for the night. I told her that I would prefer not to be seated so close to the stage because of the noise, she explained to me that it would be a fifteen minutes wait to get another table, didn’t understand why because again the restaurant was fairly empty. The hostess seemed to be annoyed with my choice to change tables. I was pretty annoyed also. We got another table right away. My other complaint is that the restaurant was very cold, I was also very disappointed with the food and drinks. Our waiter Rob though was very pleasant and attentive.

    By far the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The high price of this restaurant does not meet the quality service. The food was good but it took forever to get. The waiter was overwhelmed because the second waiter took the night off. They have a metal detectors when you come into the place. Definitely not worth the price. I will never go back there. Better off going to the Cheesecake Factory or Applebee’s.

    The llace is a nice ambiance i went on saturday and they had a band playing which was great. But the service from start to finish would discourage me from coming back. Staff is not at all friendly. To puy things in perepect i had a 9pm reservation and our food came out at 11:30pm and the food was cold! The staff was unapologetic and not at all accomdating. If rhe syaff was friendlier and the food came out at least warm then id rate it much higher. Once my food was warm it was actually tasty but the vibe i got from the staff in all honestlt ruined my whole experience

    The Waiter was very tentative. The Manager requested to hang our coats. The alcohol drinks were very good. The band was excellent. The food was well seasoned and was delicious. Price was reasonable. Had a wonderful time.

    Food was good, but I was surprised that the Jamaican Festival Dumplings wasn't as good as it could be, but I will try it again. I have had Festival Dumplings for breakfast in Jamaica and that was all I needed to it.
