    For a tourist area, the quality of the food, and value could not be beat. Our server Zack was attentive, cheerful, and prompt with his service. While it was not the best meal I have ever had. It was certainly one of the best in the area. All of the staff was kind, and attentive, and the food showed that it still had a level of care behind it that was lacking at other eateries in the immediate area. This place still has heart!

    Overall, a good experience. Food was good; service was very good. DO NOT pay when reserving for a table with a view. Total money grab and unnecessary. Views are just ok from anywhere in the restaurant. People got seated next to us without having paid to do so. Aside from that, solid place to have a good meal.

    Food wasn’t fresh at all, my bf’s chicken sandwich was so small the chicken was as small as one chicken strip. We were disappointed, the food also took forever to come out.

    Seafood chowder soup ordered , one prawn and 2 small scallops in a chicken and vegetable soup . To be fair tasty soup but that’s definitely not a chowder . Main course served as put spoon into starter bowl to finish . Paid for table with view of Niagara falls - couldn’t see anything - poor food and next morning had breakfast , no service and no drinks served - to be fair refused payment for breakfast but that’s not the

    The food was very disappointing as the quality was not very good. The items on the menu described and what was served were far from the menu description. The Niagara Falls store is priced so much higher than other stores in the Hamilton and Toronto market. For example the pasta dish dish which is $26 in Burlington was $39 in Niagara Falls. The same could be said for the salmon , ribs , etc. They also charged additional taxes to the bill in Niagara Falls than other parts of Toronto
