   Good Food. Just remember to make a reservation, getting a table took a while.

   Despite the restaurant being almost empty, waited 15 minutes before our waiter showed up to take a drink order, then after ordering mains, waited almost an hour for food. The food was at least decent, but the waiter cleared our drinks glasses before my wife was finished her wine. We had a timeline to stick to, so we were left with 20 minutes to eat, pay and head to our show. The evening was meant to be a special occasion as it was my wife's birthday celebration. Despite being there for over 90 minutes, we had no time for dessert or another drink because of the utter lack of attention or service. Of course, we should have known what we were in for as we overheard our waiter repeatedly apologizing to two neighouring tables. A very disappointing night, especially because other Milestones locations are always an exceptional experience.

   I have a serious problem with being charged $15 per person for a window table with NO view of the falls (as stated). This is a. Total rip off especially on a Monday night when there were no more that 10 people in the restaurant. Disgusting money grab and exploitation.

   Very nice view of Horseshoe Falls. Relatively quiet atmosphere & we enjoyed conversation at a normal tone. We dined about 5:30pm and were about the only people there, but the restaurant filled quickly thereafter. Waitress Julie's dinner recommendation was delicious (chicken portobello something) . She was attentive and helpful, though we waited an excessively long time at end to receive/pay our check. Food was hot,fresh, delicious, but overpriced.

   Nice view but that’s about all the positive to say about this location. Never had an average meal at such an absurd price. Draught beer had gone bad and needed to be changed. Would never return.

    Food took far too long to come (Salads and kids meals), Server never came to check on us, food (kids meals) when it finally did come was cold and incorrect. Server put in wrong order. Very very disappointed in service. Salads were good though.
