Seafood chowder soup ordered , one prawn and 2 small scallops in a chicken and vegetable soup . To be fair tasty soup but that’s definitely not a chowder . Main course served as put spoon into starter bowl to finish . Paid for table with view of Niagara falls - couldn’t see anything - poor food and next morning had breakfast , no service and no drinks served - to be fair refused payment for breakfast but that’s not the

The food was very disappointing as the quality was not very good. The items on the menu described and what was served were far from the menu description. The Niagara Falls store is priced so much higher than other stores in the Hamilton and Toronto market. For example the pasta dish dish which is $26 in Burlington was $39 in Niagara Falls. The same could be said for the salmon , ribs , etc. They also charged additional taxes to the bill in Niagara Falls than other parts of Toronto

Not a good experience. When we arrived, 15 minutes early to our appointment, we were told by the host that they were very busy and I should return in 15 minutes. Mind you, we could see into the restaurant, if I was being generous, I'd say they were at 30% capacity. No problem, we were early after all. About 5 minutes later, the host calls us back and say they were ready for us. I ordered the Surf N Turf and we had to over for over 50 minutes to get our food. Our server, again, let us know that they were very busy, but again: 30% capacity. Another huge disappointment was my plate. I order my steak on medium and I could overhear the table behind me as a gentleman asked for medium rare and his steak wasn't even pink. He had to wait over 30 minutes for his new steak so I prepared myself for the disappointment on my end. And it indeed was a disappointment, my steak had no pink on sight. More than half of the plate were fries, with a lot of vegetables, the steak, about 5 shrimps, a good amount of scallops and one, just one, very tiny and grainy piece of lobster. A huge disappointment on all ends.

We had the surf and turf done to perfection, to our individual steak preference, served hot. The seafood was a little over cooked but still edible.
