Food was under cooked and cold. They rectothe problem by putting my food on the microwave. All they are doing is reheating food and sending it out but didn’t even get that correct.
Amazing food, incredible service, great atmosphere
Beautiful view .. good food .. great service. We had planned to use our gift card that includes Milestones but apparently it’s new ownership so we couldn’t… this added 100$ on to our visit (unanticipated costs) .. disappointed that it can’t be honoured … change in ownership or not .. not a very patron friendly stance .
Server was friendly and brought everything we needed. Nice spot to view falls. However, we had to ask for our table to be cleaned when we were seated. This was after the hostess checked to make sure it was ready?? My steak came very undercooked, server saw immediately and took back. We were also disappointed to find out we were unable to use our ultimate dining gift card, there should be signs up alerting patrons that they are no longer valid.

The food was fabulous. Our server was just great. The only thing non cooperative was The Falls were misted in ... drat.
We had gift certificates for our meal and were told they don’t accept them anymore. They are the Ultimate gift cards and apparently Milestones backed out of them. It shows they are one of the restaurants on the cards that we have so they should be allowing them. Gift cards don’t expire in Canada so this restaurant should be honouring the ones we have.
Our waitress went over and above with service, she was amazing.
We have been to Milestones in other towns and the prices are not as high as they are in Niagara. Why should they charge more for the same as a town less than an hour away?
We won’t be back and won’t recommend this location.
The food was very disappointing, under seasoned - bland. The menu was limited and boring. Our server, Madison, was excellent.
The indoor air was damp, the tables were sticky, and it felt the restaurant had poor air circulation. The food was fair, ans fell short on value. The gentleman that served us was genuine professional and courteous. Overall, the restaurant needs a revamp.

We had a nice dinner at Milestones. This was our first time eating at Milestones. Service was fantastic! The only snag was we were hoping to use a gift card to pay for part of our meal and were told that as of the beginning of that week they no longer accepted that type of gift card 😕

We could not figure out where to park. I could not see arrows pointing to Milestone parking 'Enter Here'. Nobody would answer my question at the downstairs desk. Next we had to figure out how to get to the restaurant. It's up stairs, dummy. We sat outside the gates for at least 20 minutes. Staff were not helpful in answering my question ' what's the procedure ?' I saw them moving a table out front and figured out they were screening for Covid. Good. Then we had to sign phone numbers for tracing. Good. Then they could not find our reservation in their database. Not good. But we were allowed in anyway. Great. We got a seat by the window overlooking the drop box across the road. Ok. No biggy. I asked about the gift cards that I had. They are no longer accepted I was told. Okay, is the value shifted to your card I asked? No. So at that point we decided to leave, and probably not come back. We did not have to pay for parking even though we were in the Marriott parking lot. Great.
The restaurant was closed on our arrival on Tuesday. The hotel uses this restaurant in its advertising so should also include the information that you have to leave to find a restaurant. Other than that gaff, all went well and our meal the following day was very good.
We had high expectation but we’re ignored for the first 25 minutes of dining. We finally had to notify the host that no one had greeted us then we saw all the servers right over who’s table we were. As someone in the industry who cares who forgot about us or didn’t notice us just someone come and provide service to us.
We were first sat in the furtherest back corner. (We did ask for a view of the water) it was freezing there and all I could see was the dirt along the ledge that our table was beside. We asked to be moved which they did without fuss. We were moved to another table that was dirty but just wanted to get on with our meals at this point. My mom and I both ordered a steak (mine rare and hers medium). When the steaks came out my moms was rarer than mine. Our server did get my steak remade which ended up being much better. To top it all off they no longer take the ultimate cards anymore. I personally feel like this should be mentioned at the beginning introduction to save everyone involved from a lot of head aches. If one of these things happened it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but it was all at once. Melinda, our server was the best part of the experience and I recommend she gets out of there while she can. There were far too many people standing around to justify how filthy that place was. Soup was good. But I’ll never be back.
Great find great location overlooking the Falls, free parking good food and drinks and great service..think checks all the boxes for me.

All I can say is Sarge, our waiter was fantastic. Asked for penne pesto with garlic, best I have had. And blackberry Mojita drink very very good.
The host seems not happy with her job. she did not have any facial expression. The server Julie is great.

It took a while to get the food, service wasn’t anything special but the food was tasty. Overall, okay experience.
The food was really good! Californian salad with a side of salmon and Mediterranean chicken. Also, the view on the falls was great. Perfect match with the local wine. A place to stop!

But they would not let me say something. She only had a salad with Asiago cheese instead of goat. My butternut squash was delicious but barely warm. We gave server 30.00. Tip anyways
Perfect location to enjoy a delicious meal. The ambiance overlooking The Falls was great. Our Server was attentive and friendly. Can't wait to return.

Rather stark surroundings
It was OK, my pasta was a little cold and nothing was done about our anniversary.
During covid, it was great to enjoy the restaurant while it's not as busy. Lovely waitress. Was pleasantly by healthier options -that were also excellent. I wished I could have seen the falls-but it was dark and I forgot to ask the waitress if we could sit closer.
Food was VERY tasty but need more kids menu options for food and drinks.

The hotel restaurant, Milestones, was a let down. Looking for a more upscale experience (based on previous Milestone visits at other locations). The food was okay (burgers, steak, fries, veggies). Service was very poor. The waitress had no barriers in so much as her conversation topic (dirty bathrooms while travelling etc). Don't know why she felt she had to share. Disgusting. Should have got up and left. Also, I made the reservations well in advance and mentioned we were there for anniversary, yet no mention was done from the restaurant.
Had nice evening with friends was surprised that they were out of so many different wines especially in wine country also only 2 varieties of beer we were forced to order bottles of wine just to be able to get something not expensive wines almost the same price as wine by glass that they didnt have felt that they should have substituted for what they didnt have all in all good evening but little gowging go on
Our waitress Mary was an absolute delight. Very friendly and out going! More waitresses should be like her when working with people.
