We celebrated our mother's 88th birthday at Milagro this weekend. Through Open Table I requested the quietest table they could give us since the restaurant can be noisy. To our delight they put our party of eight in a private room referred to as the Chef's Table. We could hear each other well and the food was superb. One of the high points of the evening was when a patron burst through the curtain separating our room from the main restaurant looking for the men's room. He backed out bowing, apologizing, wishing Mom a happy birthday while badly faking an Italian accent. Priceless! We all applauded.
Despite having a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes for our table, and then another 10 for our waiter. Not a lot of fun with two six years olds in the party. Other than that, great experience, good food.
Waiter was excellent, some entrees were not what expected. Overall worth the visit
We’re Mexican and enjoy mexican restaurants. The restaurant usually closes at 11 pm, but we were able to stay til 11:47!
Decent food and stellar service. Great location, too.
Reservation, parking, hostess, table, waitress, the food quality, value received, reasonable cost and staff consideration will be difficult to equal elsewhere. Our first time at the Milagro Cantina, but we plan to return on a regular basis. Bravo to a very quality establishment for the pleasure of all ages.
Milagro has always been on our dining list.
Not anymore. Our server, jessica, was great. The atmosphere was nice. The margarita was good.
The food was not. The four tacos were tasteless and with dry, crumbling tortillas. There are places all over the Seattle area to get delicious street tacos. We were very disappointed.
Probably won’t be coming back. Service was extremely slow and very mediocre food. The ambiance was great. Maybe come for a happy hour, but not for a special occasion again.
Food was great as always! Service could have been a bit more attentive as we were waiting for our check for quite some time.
Sadly Milagro must have changed hands. We were two professional couples there on an open table reservation where I stated we were celebrating a new job of a friend. We were seated out by the plastic patioish type area with kids coloring and high chairs and obviously the family section. I wanted to get a bottle of my favorite wine they used to serve Pomum. They no longer have it or the wine they once had there are just a few choices. We were served tortilla chips that were like out of a Costco Tortilla chip bag (maybe true maybe not). The baby next to us started screaming bloody murder for several minutes. We could not hold a conversation. I asked the waitress for a bill and this took several minutes and the staff trying to find another table. Several minutes later I said we do not want to stay here. We went to the effort to make a reservation for a celebration of a new job dinner and we are put out on the patio area (least attractive part of the restaurant) next to 3 different families with a baby screaming to the point and for the duration we could not hear. So, long story short they did comp us the chips and were very nice and sorry and tried to do what they could do,. Unfortunately as we walked down to another restaurant we could still hear the child who had been seated 1 foot away form us screaming at the top of his lungs.
Place closed earlier than expected
Our server Pete was awesome. Great food and margaritas.
So disappointed in our meal tonight. I absolutely hate the changes they have made to the menu. I used to love the Carnitas, now they are terrible. Why bother to make yummy crispy Carnitas and then cover them in weird sauce? Everything was different and NOT better, I liked the old menu. They then seated a huge party next to us and just kept adding chairs, even on the end and totally in our space. A party that big should have been put in the private room, they were loud and overtook the whole area. I will not be returning again even though I live right up the street. You lost a neighborhood customer.
Great food and great service! We were a large party and the waiter was very accommodating.
I love the inventive and fresh cuisine here. It's also perfect for date night OR a work lunch because it's quiet and relaxed. This is our go-to restaurant for date night and also ladies night out.
My seafood enchiladas were great but the people who ordered the carnitas were disappointed. There was a lot of fat left on the meat which was very unappetizing.
We were given a separate room. It was perfect for our group! Service was very good. We never felt rushed!
For the quality of the food it was overpriced especially the entrees.
We cannot recommend this restaurant: First, they seated us at a table, that was far too small for five people. The table felt very sticky. After they tried to put the food on the table - which was not possible, because it was way too small - they relocated us. Meanwhile the "sizzling hot fajitas" were far away from hot, the tortillas were completely cold, they weren`t even microwaved. The waitress started to take the plates away and brought the bill, although half of our party was still eating.
We always spent our birthdays here, but this time it was the last one.
The staff wasn't aware of online reservations, show a little attitude making the experience far from welcoming and enjoyable. Food and drinks are good a little overpriced. Nice outdoor seating area, great location.
Won't go back simply because it took more than 30 minutes to get our food. Waitress was great, food was good, patio refreshing... but the wait was awful.
Food is average. Service is average. Wait staff needs training.
The service is outstanding. Brett couldn't have been better. The food is creative and delicious!
We enjoyed a great last minute Father's Day dinner! Service was great- very friendly & the food was excellent. The ceviche was tasty!
Eaten here several times in the past and always recommended it. We feel the food and selection has gone downhill.
Very slow service, had a food allergy and they brought the person a meal with what they were allergic to still on it!
We enjoyed our meal; the chip enchiladas with chipolte crema were delis and only mildly spicy. The seafood chili rellano was brilliant in concept but a bit bland in execution, but good for folks who don't like spicy.
Took my husband and family for a birthday dinner. We made reservations well ahead of time. When we were seated we were crammed into a corner table in the bar. Service was slow and apathetic. She brought the bill before offering us dessert despite knowing it was a birthday celebration. Very disappointing. The food was great, but I'm not sure we will return.
Food was amazing (we actually loved it so much we went back the next day!), service was friendly & fast & ambiance was great! Restaurant was packed so it was noisy, but that was part of the fun vibe. They had lovely live music playing the later part of our time there.
Awful food...it has really gone down hill over the last few years. Everything is bland.
When we arrived at the restaurant, they did not have our reservation in their system. Fortunately, it was early and quiet. The service was good, but the food was disappointing, particularly the salmon which was overdone and dry. We hadn't dined here before so glad we tried somewhere different, but we are unlikely to return.
