Biggest issue was the noise level made it extremely hard to hear as your head it upon walking through the front door. The presentation was really good and at the end the loud noise just took away from the experience.

Food was fantastic. However we were rushed out the door. Soup, Salad, Appetizers and veggies all served at the same time. Couldn't actually enjoy the food. Was asked if I wanted to box my food up while I was still eating. Terribly disappointed.

We were here a few years ago and it was great. We came back for my 60th birthday and had to make sure we had dinner here again. It was AWESOME!!!! We sat on the deck the night prior and had some awesome Suchi and chicken fried rice. Everything was outstanding! We eat a lot of Japanese Restaurants, at home and on the road. We give them at 10....... It's a must try...

The tuna off the grill was outstanding. As was the garlic edamame. The chef was good but not very entertaining if that is your expectation. No real “tricks”. Eating at a large table with a lot of other people’s children can be challenging. Not a lot of good parenting skills displayed at my table. It’s a family resort, but as a single business person I wouldn’t dine here again.

We were here for my daughters first out of state volleyball tournament. Our team and the parents dined here. Food, ambience and chef was excellent. Our server was ok, he was irritated 2 of us spilt our main course, and was so quick to explain things. Please slow down and smile more and don't be irritated when people share a large main course.

Food was wonderful and our chef was amazing but the waitress never came back to see if we needed anything else and the bus lady was very rude. We were trying to have a conversation after our dinner while finishing our drinks and she was rushing us to leave. There were plenty of open tables and it wasn’t late. We had to ask our server for another drink. We have been to this restaurant in the past and the serve was outstanding. Definitely need to train the servers a little more to be more attentive. I’ve worked for this resort in the past and we had a totally different work ethic. Will always suggest this restaurant because of atmosphere and food.

We went there last year as a family of 4, and at the time, the hibachi cook/server was very interactive and came up with a lot of tricks and food entertainment, so my kids enjoyed the experience and we decided to come back again this year. This time however, we were a party of 9 with 5 kids; so the gratuity was automatically included as expected. I think maybe due to that fact, the new server/cook we got was totally apathetic. He just cooked the food, barely spoke to us, or entertained the kids. The chicken was chewy, and the shrimp was overcooked, the steaks rice and noodles were very good along with the sushi appetizers. I would not go there again and spend 600$ to just eat with no performance or enthusiasm from the hibachi cook/server. Just to make it clear, the lady who took the order was awesome.

The food pricing was definitely resort priced. The food quality was average at best. The show was miserable and almost non-existent. The chef ignored several of the requests of guests and we had to stop him mid-cooking multiple times. The waitress did keep drinks refilled.

The interior has been freshened up which was a welcome change, but unfortunately the service is less attentive and warm. Starting at the front door, the hostess was more business than welcoming. Not much of a show remains during the preparation of dinner, so we perceived a lot less value for the increased prices. Lots of other compelling restaurants in the area, so we might pass on this annual stop next year.
