This is my wife's and my favorite restaurant in Nashville. We had our rehearsal dinner here, we loved it so much.
Seema is a wine expert that gets the best wines from small vineyards around the world. Bottles start at $35+. Never had a bad bottle.
Happy Hour is 5:30-6:30pm and has $5 glass of wine. No cheap stuff here. Each happy hour glass is well worth $12+.
Food is amazing. Pork Shoulder is a family favorite.
I have a gluten allergy and they are very accommodating. Even make their own gluten-free bread!
Highly recommend Miel. Everything about is it amazing.
My husband and I have been to Miel several times with great food, wine and service. Last Saturday we went and were so disappointed. Our waitress was sweet but she had too many tables. The food was just ok. We got an appetizer that neither of us could eat-it was too vinegary! My fish was served just barely warm. The waitress was so busy I didnt want to ask her to heat it up.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere all around. I would definitely recommend this as a great date spot or a nice place to get together with a moderately sized group.
Great inspired French food. To my pleasure the chef keeps upping his game. Terrific!
For a $300 meal for 2, felt rushed, food was a bit salty and too edgy without much flavor. Ambiance was good.
Miel never disappoints. Service first rate. Food always tremendous and adventuresome. Seema makes you feel welcome in so many ways
One great restaurant. Attentive service, great wine list and spectacular food. Wonderful evening.
Fabulous food! Really enjoyed the attentive service and the delicious food. Had a medley of dishes, particularly enjoyed the beef cheeks.
Nice quiet Saturday night with my wife and Miel was our choice. Another wonderful dinner, this restaurant continues to developed and offer new and creative dishes. My wife had the goose special which was delicious.
Miel keeps re-becoming my favorite restaurant in Nashville. The chef is talented. There was a vegan or vegetarian risotto on the menu, but in the mood for more vegetables I asked for something based on vegetables. He made me something I have never had before and might never get to have again. it was a cabbage steak, layered with other vegetables some of which were grilled and then there were subtle Thai flavorings over the top. it was a sophisticated and creative dish. The restaurant is always conducive to good conversation.
