We had Vida has our server. She was outstanding. We will ask to be seated in her section the next time we come
First time for brunch but it certainly wont be the last. Me and my husband joined another couple and were completely satisfied. The selection was excellent couldn't ask for anything more.
The waitress was very friendly and courteous.
Really enjoyed wide variety of delicious food. Great food, great price.
Service was extremely slow and staff seemed bothered that they had to be there and working. The food was great. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back, because my water was never filled unless I asked, waitress hardly checked on us and she only had two other tables. Other patrons were constantly yelling to get the waiters attention for service as well. Ambiance was boring and drab.
I love this place.. Cindy is an excellent server. I highly recommend this place. For dinner and brunch.
First time and it was wonderful
Michele's was a great place to have my birthday dinner. The prime rib was excellent and the service was exceptional. I will definitely visit again.
This place never disappoints. If you are there for a romantic meal and want a quieter, more romantic experience, you'll probably want to let the staff know as some seating can be noisy and conversations can be heard across the room. The food is always good and is interesting. Comparable to other restaurants with food of this quality, they are more on the pricey side but again, we've never been disappointed. The service is always friendly and attentive.
The food was great, our waitress was superb. We will be back...
They didn't have the braised ribs which is the reason for the visit. The steak was a little tough and had some kind of sauce ob it. The ambience was and service was excellent
As always it was superb especially the server Vida.
Great dining experience
The hostess did not check my reservation and was asking me to wait 30 minutes to come in, however, after I made her check, she let me in. Not a good first impression. Server was excellent
We love Michele's.the food is great, the service excellent. The brunch is great, lots of different stuff to chose from, the crepes were outstanding, best Caesar salad ever and the desserts are good too.All the food is good, they never rush you and the atmosphere is wonderful. We try to go whenever we are in Dover.Well worth the money.
So please the buffet is phenomenal, and the staff is amazing!
I took my wife to your lovely restaurant for brunch as a surprise for her birthday. It far exceeded my expectations. The food selection was incredible and our server was very attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely be back for dinner.
Overall the food was good, not great and was overpriced which I do expect from this type of restaurant. The issue I had when spending $150 on a meal is that when I asked to substitute my potatoes for fries I was informed I couldn't do this and I would have to by the fries separately. There also seemed to be a hesitance from the waitress and staff to ensure you were taken care of. Level of service was on par with what I would get at a chain restaurant like Applebees or Fridays.
Great food best service no rush a great evening with my wife looking forward to next year
Tooo much liquid smoke rubbed on rime rib (overpowering) for concert special, flavorless potatoes.
Great food. Great service I would recommend this place to every.
Very nice place to go on a date. The food was fantastic, and the service was amazing.
I have been to Michelle's several times and the quality of the food was by no means at the expectations we have become accustomed too. Very disappointed
Great night at Michele’s ... we will definitely plan another trip very soon.
2-16-2019. Very nice. Excellent service.
Valentine’s Day 2-14-19
Steak was overcooked, sent back and got another overcooked steak and still paid 54$ for it
Didn't have many breakfast options, food was cold and the man who cuts the salmon barley gave us any multiple customers complained. We also requested to sit next to our family who had reservations they said no even though there were plenty of open seats that would have accommodated our simple request won't be back.
Sunday Brunch a real treat!
The brunch is amazing, and the mimosas are even better!
Love it Food is excellent
Lobster tail was prepared & cooked to perfection. Bone in chop little over done (dry).
Our server Cindy was wonderful, she asked if we were celebrating anything & we happen to be Celebrating our 35th Anniversary!
Wine list was wonderful especially how many were available by the glass.
Food was amazing as well as the service. Brunch menu options for all types of eaters and dietary restrictions. Creative menu choices. Tables leave enough room for privacy. 5 stars
Sunday’s fantastic brunch
One meal came out cold. Shirt ribs. Other than that everything was delicious
We arrived on time for our reservation. We received our salads in about 5 minutes, then waited more than an hour for our entrées, which were very mediocre. Shrimp was undercooked. Some kind of smoky sauce was poured over the prime rib, giving it an off taste.
We had tickets to a show at 9:00 pm, so we arrived at 7:15. We received our entrées at 8:35. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and comped our dinner. The wait staff was fine. The problem was in the kitchen.
We had surf and turf, and also the 'Hot Rocks' filet mignon. The surf and turf was pretty good although the lobster tail was unevenly cooked with it being almost raw in spots but the filet was good. The 'Hot Rocks' filet mignon which you cook yourself on a hot stone at the table was very good with nice sides included. The surf and turf was ala carte. We had the creamed spinach, mushrooms and baked potato sides with it---all pretty good. The restaurants ambiance is special---some people came dressed up, but some not so much. Service, while polite and respectful, was inadequate. The waiter came 3 times during the first 5 minutes to take our order not giving us nearly enough time to review the menu and wine book---we felt rushed even though the restaurant was not that busy. After our order was taken we couldn't find the waiter when he was needed. It took a long time to get our drink order. The waiter neglected to take our sauce order (a sauce came with the Hot Rock filet and you get to pick one from five or six such as béarnaise). When we eventually got our sauce order placed he never brought it and we had to remind him again when he could be found. He never considered asking for a dessert order and was ready to bring the bill but we called him back to ask for the dessert selections. He brought the book listing the desserts but despite being advised that we would soon have to get to a show he took fully 15 minutes to come back to take the dessert order. Needless to say at that point we had no time for dessert. He apologized and said it was busy tonight.---Sorry, we really didn't see that. In summary, we would definitely go back, but hope for another waiter.
We made reservations and were seated promptly. It was busy but it seemed like it took a long time for service. 20 minutes in between seeing our waiter from drinks to app, then about 30 minutes in between app and food. Had to wait another 25 minutes for our bill after eating. Our food was delicious but just seemed to take a long time.
OUTSTANDING........VIDA IS THE BEST, PROVIDED US SUPERIOR SERVICE. BEST WAITRESS ANYWHERE, HOT ROCKS FILET IS TERRIFIC.
THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EVENING
The Sunday brunch was to die for. Will be back. The buffet had everything you wanted and staff was very helpful. Need to wear stretch pants for sure but worth every bit. Prime rib, shrimp, crepes OMG I could go on and on.
