We celebrated a birthday everything was over the top once again. Michaels is our go to special celebration place. When our friends found out, we were going there to celebrate. They flew in from Hawaii just to join us.

Absolutely superb experience. We were dining out to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This was our first time at Michael’s. The food/drinks were great from the appetizers to the entrees. My wife had fish, I had steak. Both tasted great and were cooked to perfection. The service was absolutely incredible! Both my wife and I highly recommend Michael’s.

Food, service and ambiance at Michael’s were all excellent. However, some menu items, including cocktails, were disappointingly over priced/inflated. Also, the wine list was not as extensive as I might have expected. Great dinner……but will reconsider drink/food choices if/when we visit again.

The service was exceptional. Food was beyond exceptional tho the prices may seem high, you receive so many added tasting experiences from picked tray, lemon sorbet, truffles and assorted fruit dipped in chocolate as well a bowl of fresh fruit. Beyond expectations.

Absolutely still our favorite restaurant. We come here every time we come to Vegas. Even after the move to Southpoint there’s still the same. Great little Las Vegas secret love the fact that they’ve always stayed. True to their quiet and great service was unbelievable food.

Whenever we go to Michael’s at South Pointe Casino, we have the ultimate luxe dining experience that becomes part of a private collection of shared and treasured memories! The service is truly fabulous, and it seems as though each of the servers loves to see their guests experience the magic! If you choose to dine at Michael’s you will enjoy the best in fine dining, so plan to share it with people you love. Your heart will be full and you’ll never forget your special meal! And oh, the food is insanely divine; perfection achieved in everything! We take home leftover crudités! I’m always conflicted over sea bass or bone-in fillet, but when they offer fresh crab, it’s game over! Save room for the dessert cart! Each one is rave-worthy! Top off with a cappuccino and take home the chocolate-dipped fruits! We joke that we have to go to Michael’s to get our fruit and Parmesan crisps, but the truth is that Michael’s is the ultimate fine dining experience!

Michaels offers a truly American dining experience. No foam, no pretentious unrecognizable ingredients, just fine gourmet cooking at its best. We were warmly greeted, seated and served a bread basket followed shortly by a relish tray complete with jicama and quail eggs among the vegetables. Our waiters were attentive but formal as befitting the ambiance of the restaurant and cocktails arrived promptly. We shared creamy mushrooms over toast, a hand tossed Caesar salad and the staff was gracious enough to plate the servings individually for us. As entrees our table had sea bass, Dover sole, lamb chops and a filet. The food was brought to the table over flames and plated directly from the heat. Each person found the food delicious, not overly seasoned and cooked to perfection. And I must mention the lemon sorbet champagne palette cleanser between courses…such a nice touch. There would have been a fruit course after the entrees which we declined but did accept the chocolate covered fruit plate. Lastly the decadent dessert cart offered an array of sweets that were just as wonderful as the meal itself. Great coffee and cappuccino topped off the evening. There were no disappointments at all. My sister was actually offered a shawl because she felt cold. My only caveat is to go hungry as the proportions are ample and the courses many.

Fabulous experience at Michael's. It is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and a top notch chef. I took my husband there for his birthday, and everything was just perfect. The ambiance was lovely, the variety of food was perfect, the wine fantastic, and the service impeccable. Highly recommend for a quality meal in Las Vegas.

I have eaten lamb in sheepherder's camps, at Basque restaurants, in hunting camps and at $$$$$ restaurants. The lamb chops were the best I have ever had. Wife's Dover sole was splendid also. Pricey but worth the cost.

For elegance, service, and quality of food, there is no place better than Michaels Restaurant. It is the last remaing true 5 star restaurant left in Las Vegas. A holdover from the more regal past of Las Vegas.
