disappointment. Over a 2 hour period of lengthy delays between courses. When the waitstaff came to remove the salad, mostly uneaten (what fine dinning place puts powdered parmesan on a salad?) and I indicated that the salad was satisfactory we went down hill from there. waited 45min for our entrée and when it arrived it was dried out. My daughter ate mine because her's had virtually no sauce and I was not going to eat it after my second mouthful. (she is very pregnant and was hungry).When they came and asked if I wanted to take mine home I said no I will not eat that. Clear indication that your customer is not happy. Waited another 27 min and went and asked a server to get me my bill. Said I have had enough I want my bill and I want to leave. 7 min later the waiter comes over and asks if we want dessert? What the heck? No I want my bill and I want to leave. He brings the bill. $120.00. I tell him I am not paying for my entrée. He goes to get the manager. So sorry blah, blah, blah gift certificate give us another chance, brings back the bill 80.00 and a 40.00 gift certificate, I don't care I am furious want to pay and get the hell out of there. 8 min later no one come to take payment. I throw the gift certificate on the table with 50.00 take my clearly upset pregnant daughter and walked out the door. Never had an experience like this in my life. And the restaurant was only 1/4 full on a Saturday night. Incredible.
