Extraordinary! The service and food were outstanding! It was a totally great experience. Thanks
Food was great as always. Tv during dinner was not my favorite , environment for price could be a little more inviting. Will be back though!
Valentines Day dinner, just mediocre-nothing special.
First time at Michael's Cuisine. We will be back. Very pleased with all aspects of our dinner.
Wonderful menu and variety. No place like it.
Our first time here. Found the menu confusing, our waitress even more so. It took quite a while and several tries to finally get to the bottom of what dish came with what side and what substitutions were available at what charge. I was quite frustrated, it oughtn't be complicated. Our bread service came without butter and with one roll diving onto the floor as the server fumbled with the serving tools. The situation was remedied, but it was just another part of a meal service that wasn't up to the menu pricing standard. Once we got all the hiccups out of the way, the food (although modest in portion size) was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We left happy with our food, but only marginally satisfied with our meal.
Always enjoy dinner and drinks at Michaels. Food is great and service is awesome
Lovely lunch. . great place for a business lunch because it is relatively quiet and the parking is right outside. Nice fireplace table - perfect on a chilly day. The fresh bread is sooo good and the goat cheese salad with shrimp is always fantastic.
We both had the prime rib. The pecan smoke adds a special and unique flavor
I've already recommended it! We enjoyed the ambience and the food very much, and the service was very good.
Love to eat there, the food is always wonderful and the waiters are great!
We went for NYE with another couple and all entrees were fabulous. Our wait staff was excellent. Wine offerings amazing. Enjoyed the entire experience!
New Years done right. Excellent prime rib and Macs salad. Half off Trefethan bottle nice surprise
Wonder food and great service. Great atmosphere for a date
Great experience! Loved being by the fireplace. Will definitely be back soon!
Food and location are great. Michael came by our table to chat. Perfect neighborhood spot.
Our waiter ,Shawn, sang to us. He has an amazing voice!
Outstanding gourmet dining experience. Lots of variety on the menu.cant wait to return.
We had a couples date at this place on a cold night and it was stellar. The room was cozy warm with a hug fireplace burning, service was on point and the food was delicious. I would definitely send family and friends here.
Ask Shaun for a sample of opera.
Great voice, great service, and great food.
Quaint and lovely! The food and cocktails were delish and the fireplace made the evening perfect!!
Our favorite restaurant in Ft Worth. Food and service always impeccable! The Halibut special was out of this world and the steaks always cooked to perfection. Michael’s never disappoints!
We were pleasantly surprised with the ambience and how great the food was. Will definitely go back.
The best food but the restaurant is very boring. A piano player on the weekends would be perfect.
I was disappointed. The food was OK but the portions were tiny compared with what you were charged.
Service was slow especially when you consider how light the crowd was. For the price there are better places to go in Fort Worth.
We just had the most amazing evening at Michael’s. We enjoyed our favorites off the regular menu and part of us ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. Service was excellent! Food was excellent!(especially the pecan crusted goat cheese stuffed chicken) and it was one of our quieter evenings. The noise level, which is low, made it a very peaceful and relaxing evening! Thank you Michael!
Food was top notch, how loud country western music for fine dinner was a turnoff.
Amazing! Excellent service and phenomenal food!
I was really looking forward to our evening at Michael’s Cuisine, as a food photographer, I have been to many nice restaurants of this caliber. We were two couples out for the evening. Sadly, none of us were impressed, as I just believe they were “off” last Saturday night... and it was not crowded at all. While the calamari appetizer was very good, and so were the salads were good too, except the
Goat cheese salad was actually “Spicy!” Then sadly came the main course, my friend has the smallest filet I have ever seen!!! No way it was even close to 4oz. The crab cakes had no lump crabmeat at all in them, and the had rice in them as a filler. They were red, the crabmeat was way overworked and smooshed into little pieces... and it had basically the same sauce as the calamari, and my pork chop. The red snapper, while very tasty... was the smallest piece of fish I have ever seen sold in a restaurant!!! I had the long bone porch chop which while tasty... was very dry overall. The sauce was good... as it was very close to the same sauce that was on the other dishes. The pork chop was a nice size but cut thin. My friend had the pepper crusted petite beef tender. The key word here was “petite”. It was THE smallest piece of beef I have EVER seen for a main course. I doubt it was 4 ounces. It was so small it was awkward when it was served, and we all just could not believe it. Speaking of serve... the service was by a very nice lady that was new. She was still learning, as she had only been there two weeks. She will be an asset to them soon. She real tried to make our evening a nice experience. Overall... not a great dining experience food wise, pricey, and just average. Michael’s Cuisine has been around a long time with a great reputation, I think we just caught them on an off night.
I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and have never been treated as badly as I was this last time. Had to flag down a waiter and was told we were not his table but he would serve us. The food when it came was barely warm, we were not offered rolls to go with our meal or salad. Overall I felt as if we were occupying a table that was out of the way and basically forgotten by everyone. I will not be returning and will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
Once we got the food, it was fine. I don't like TV's in the dinning room of "nice" restaurants. The sun shone in the door on several tables making them difficult to sit at. They need drapes on the doors for the summer time. The shrimp appetizer had no taste and it was supposed to be hot with peppers. Had to ask for cocktail sauce. The red fish was very tasty but the pepper beef was overwhelming pepper... that's a tough one to figure out which way to go. The kitchen was backed up so we waited over 20 minutes for basically a jar of pudding from the restaurant week menu. Was hoping for move based on other reviews.
Visited during restaurant week. Selections were very creative, and deliciously prepared. We had the wine pairings with each course. Service was excellent. A delightful evening. We will be back.
Great Business Lunch.
We tried Michaels because it was something different and it was restaurant week. Service was very slow and not very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the steak tender from the restaurant week menu. My husband ordered steak from the regular menu. In both cases our steak was barely warm cooked “medium”. The only thing serves hot was the roll at the beginning and the baked potato with his steak we had to ask numerous times for condiments as it was served plain. Not worth a repeat.
The food was really good! I am glad I got to celebrate my birthday dinner at Michael’s Cuisine!
