Wonderful special occasion experience , with terrific, very attentive service .
Our 2nd visit to MM in the Bellagio hotel-we experienced a new environment and menu. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything except dessert was spectacular - flavor, texture, presentation and portions were quite good.
Wonderful service and great food.
Excellent service. Great food - great fish selection
8th anniversary, excellent place as usual
Had an incredible experience at Michael Mina. The food is unique and rich, with a nice twist on classics. As wonderful as everything was, our amazing waiter was one of the best I have ever encountered. He made the experience even better.
We heard that they are going through a total refresh of both the interior and the menu soon. I hope that they do not spoil anything, because it was perfect just the way it was.
Michael Mina - Bellagio Restaurant was our choice for a birthday celebration after reading previous reviews. It is especially convenient if you are staying at the Bellagio, as we were. The food was superb. Our two appetizers were split so we could each enjoy both of them. Our entrees were generous portions of sole and fillet of beef. Dessert was compliments of the chef - hand dipped chocolates and fruit jellies served on a plate that wished me Happy Birthday. Our server was pleasant and helpful and the service was excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and courteous. We will definitely have dinner there again the next time we are in Las Vegas.
I love this restaurant. The cavier appetizer is one of the best things I have ever eaten.
They served a hot spicy cauliflower that was out of this world. Everything they serve is extraordinary.
I know they will be remodeling in the future and I can't wait to go and see what they do.
It is by the Bellagio garden, which is wonderful to walk by and see.
We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was the best meal we have ever had in a restaurant. (And we have eaten in some fabulous restaurants). I am gluten sensitive , my husband is not, and they adjusted the menu items extremely well. I felt like I always was getting the chef's best efforts. Like the lobster pot pie course was substituted with lobster tail! Fine with me! Each course was stunning. You'd expect one or two to be just "fine". Not a one. From tuna tartare, sole, wagyu beef to foie gras. Fabulous. We had already had some drinks before starting dinner and we wanted to do the wine pairing but were afraid it would be too much alcohol. Our waiter (Marcio?) suggested that we split the pairing for one. For each course it was split into two glasses, so each of us could have our own tasting without having to order two full wine pairings. Very nice of them to do this. This restaurant is worth a trip to Vegas. It is going to be closed soon for a remodel (looked fine to me) so I imagine it will be even better on our next trip there. Lovely waiter - I told him he was a fabulous waiter and was part of what made the experience so wonderful. This is an expensive restaurant. But we left feeling like it was worth every penny. We ate there on March 13.
Excellent in every way
Incredible experience. Very well done. Marcio made me feel very welcome.
One of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas, deserving the Michelin star. Request a window table if you can for the view. The service was superb.
We loved Michael Mina. We got the signature tasting menu and there was nothing on there that we didn't like. We prepared, presented beautifully and worth it!
For all the lackluster meals that saturate the Las Vegas dining seen, Michael Minas was very good. A bit pricey, but finally a meal that was worth it. Incredible wine list too.
Amazing food and service
Sat us 30 minutes after our reservation however was worth the wait. Food was outstanding. Large portions. Service was impeccable
One of my favorite places. Terrific ambiance, food and service.
My husband and I ordered the tasting menu and were absolutely delighted. Each course was excellent. The different tastes were extraordinary. It was our anniversary celebration and we coould not have chosen a better location.
My husband and I are foodies and very much enjoyed the tasting menu — other than the lobster pot pie, in which the lobster meat was badly overcooked and tough and some of the veg undercooked. Gorgeous presentation and glorious aroma, but the chef is resting on those instead of preparing a balanced dish. It’s time to retire the pot pie. The rest of the meal and the wine pairings were entirely successful.
Excellent Pre-theater menu and location! Being "Pearl Card" members gets us free parking and this gracious nod to Locals keeps us coming back to the wonderful restaurants of Bellagio and also for gift shopping in their beautiful garden store, and it's always a treat to see the elaborate displays in the conservatory or art displays in the art store. Bellagio is our new favorite!
First class restaurant and amazing food
The Tuna Tartar is to die for in both presentation and taste!
We fell that we are there for our money, it is much to expensive!
Although timing was off, waiter proactively made up for it. We had one reg tasting menu and one vegetarian. In each one, all but the main courses were absolutely excellent and outstanding. Server from Brazil worked there 13 years and really made the whole night.
Food and device excellent. Price a bit high.
The food was fantastic, and it would have been a perfect evening except for the fact that they rush us throughout the evening. Our cocktails arrived after our appetizers, we had about 30 seconds between my last appetizer bite and my main dish.... I wasn’t aware when I made the reservation for 8pm that we had to be out by 9… Being rushed that way was a shame and it wasn’t for that it would have been a perfect evening.
Fabulous place to take someone for a special occasion! The food was exceptional and the wine pairing was perfect. I'd highly recommend the tasting menu with the pairing. Only thing I would change would be is to have the chef remove the lobster from the shells in the lobster pot pie dish. A must visit once in your life!
We both had the 6 course vegetarian Tasting Menu. Everything was incredible but it was a bit too much food for us. Highly recommended!
Food was great, our waiter was so-so but improved at the evening went on.
3 of the 4 of us opted for tasting menu, it was great; especially enjoyed the wine pairings and the knowledge of the sommelier.
Exceptional in every way.
Been to Michael Mina years ago. After this visit won’t go back. Terrible timing of courses by wait and kitchen staff. I got my main a full 25 minutes after my wife. They said it was because she had a 3 course pric fix and mine was 4. Their “specialty” lobster pot pie was tasteless and the lobster was rubbery. So many great places in Vegas / I’m disappointed we wasted our time and money here
Not too impressed. I had salmon and was dry. My husband had onion soup and loved it!
We went with a group of four for dinner before a concert. One of us felt his meal was great, while the other three of us felt the food was OK, but nothing special. The service was not as good. When the cocktails were served, they were served to the wrong members of the party. This happened a second time when the appetizers were served as well.
There's nothing in particular poor with the experience. The service issues, and the good-but-not-great food though should have come with a price tag closer to $75 per person instead of $125. I'd recommend to those considering Michael Mina to instead look at other options in the Bellagio or elsewhere.
The tasting menu was amazing!!! The portions were a good size compared to many tasting menus. Service was excellent and the meal progressed without a hitch. The entire staff was very pleasant. A memorable meal on all counts.
Had the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was simply “PERFECT” The service was great , food and paired wines were well thought out and delicious
Great night out !
Wonderful meal. Lobster pot pie is all it’s rumored to be- excellent! Alex took great care of us and was wonderful! Thanks!
The seafood was fresh and the preparations were unique and well-thought-out. Two of us, however, didn't care for what we ordered so our waiter immediately remedied the meal by quickly changing our plates to something similar, but much better. Our waiter, Alex, also suggested that we end our meal with a Coconut Tapioca that was a perfectly refreshing dessert.
An epic way to spend time with our business friends.
We started with the sea food appetizer for 2 which was very well prepared but quite typical. The main courses were steaks which were at most average. We also ordered a potato side dish that was supposed to be mash potatoes of sorts, but it was almost in liquid form. Overall, really an average/bellow average food especially for the price, nothing memorable or imaginative. We paid >$600 including wine and dessert (also nothing special).
FANTASTIC in every way!!! Can’t wait to go back. We had 2 different Tasting Menus (Vegetarian and seasonal) with wine pairings for each course. Everything was WONDERFUL!!!!
