This was a fabulous experience. We had the multi course dinner and looked at it as our entertainment for the evening. Service was outstanding and I am still dreaming about the food.

We had the tasting menu which was excellent but a lot of food. I was disappointed in the Wagyu beef as it was not as tender as I expected; but the meat had a good flavor. The beef was also the last tasting and everything else was exceptional! We will go back.

The food was great but our server did not care about the service but upselling the food. First off, we ordered one hot tea, one mojito and ice water for three of us. He brought two mojitos and put one for me and my husband and when we informed the server that we only ordered one mojito he simply said that he thought we ordered two. The server did say that he would take care of the second drink but we asked him to take the drink away.
We ordered two appetizers for the table but he brought out three dishes and when we asked why there are three dishes he said you ordered three appetizers and again he apologized and asked us to enjoy the appetizer and he will take care of the bill.
After the appetizer incident the server failed to check up on our table while we were having our entrees not even once until he brought us the dessert menu. Of course we didn’t want to stay any longer to have dessert and we ended our celebration for my mother’s birthday...

I have admired Michael Mina for many years, I was not disappointed in any way with the restaurant. I chose the tasting menu and had possibly the best meal of my life! It was Michael Mina's greatest hits! I can't remember the server's name, but the service was phenomenal! I came to Las Vegas for my 50th birthday and was treated to an incredible experience, kudos to everyone involved.

Great for special occasion. My husband got sole, my rib eye steak was delicious. Wish they had more choices for side dishes.

I ate at this restaurant’s predecessor twelve years ago when it was called Aqua and was blown away by the vegetarian tasting menu. It was just as amazing this time around. Our waiter Greg gave us exceptional, impeccable, friendly service. We enjoyed the incredibly imaginative dishes even more because of him. If you want a truly memorable dining experience while you are in Las Vegas- this is the place...

We both opted for the signature tasting. With minor food accommodations required, they graciously did so, which was much appreciated. The food was excellent, a few of the wine pairings were not our favorite, though we do acknowledge everyones palate is different. The wait staff were AMAZING: knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely courteous.
Overall all our dining experience was sublime.
We would most certainly return in the future.

Get over yourselves. Expected better food. Service was friendly but slow. This was our second time at Michael Mina, the first was shortly after they opened. We weren’t impressed then either. Sorry we gave it a second chance. With all the other dining options in Vegas don’t waste your time or money at Michael Minas, try Lago or Giada or Fleur to name a few

Went to celebrate after getting married earlier that same day. Ben the sommelier was outstanding. Lobster in the pot pie was undercooked and not edible. Branzino was exceptional, as was the caviar appetizer. Didn’t acknowledge that it was our wonderful wedding day. A bit disappointing since we have been there before and had an outstanding experience. Each time we have been there we have spent over $1,000 on dinner - the last time it was worth it. This time it was not. Disappointing.

One of the classiest, stylish restaurant in Las Vegas. The staff and I mean all was unbelievably knowledgeable polite and just a regular kind of person, they made u feel really welcome. Service was one of the top, we have been before and this is one of our favorites for special occaasions. Our pocketbook doesn't allow us to dine here every nit but would highly recommend. Food flavors are perfect. Keep doing what yr doing

Crisis avoid...I mistakenly set my reservation for the wrong evening. Oops...Luckily the kind hostess found a table for me and my soon to be unforgiving sister within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were seated promptly in the intimate dining room and after a few minutes of deliberation, we settled on the phyllo crusted sole. My sole was fresh and flaky with a delightfully mild flavor. The wait staff were polite and attentive but not overbearing. No dessert or appetizers were ordered but I will definitely remedy this on my return visit .

The food was amazing. We had the seafood tower for two.. That plus a share salad would have been plenty. The service was excellent and we both have food allergies so we really appreciated that they asked about this. If you have a chance to go, do. It's a wonderful experience

Very disappointed. Several guests had the tasting menu---lobster in pot pie, very tough, same for the steak! The phyllo crusted sole was the only item we all thought was great.
Service in getting us seated was poor. Service once seated was much better.

I have eaten at several of Michael Mina's restaurants and was most disappointed dinning at this one. We all enjoy fine dinning as part of our travels and do not mind paying for a good dinning experience. This was not one of them.

Would not recommend this restaurant for any of the above questions.

I have dined here a few times before and was disappointed with this dinner. My companion and I both had a tasting meal. She, the signature, me, the seasonal. First off, we were seated at a table that was in the back at a spot that had a lot of traffic between the wait staff going from the kitchen to tables and diners traveling to their table and also the bathroom. The dining room was far from full. The table we were seated at should be used only when all the other tables are full. The bread- what a disappointment. Only two types of rolls to choose from, whole wheat and sourdough. We only had the sourdough, but they tasted like a roll you would pull from the freezer and heat up. In the past there were a few choices and the bread tasted fresh and delicious. Not so this time. No amuse bouche. Pretty sure we have had one in the past. The food was for the most part good, sometimes great. One exception was the goat cheese tortelloni. It was lovely to look at but had no real taste. Blah. The seared scallop was terrific as was the sea trout with falafel. One thing we would like to see is a tasting menu that included just vegetables/salad. The menus are protein heavy and the sauces tend to be rich so it would be nice to have something a bit lighter in the middle. Just a thought. Lastly, but very disappointing was our waiter. Nice guy but doesn't belong in a high end restaurant. Never really felt cared for and the capper was at the end of the night when we asked to get the cookies on our dessert plate to go. He came by and practically tossed a paper bag on our table. Not cool. It should be noted that all the other staff members were terrific with water and such. One thing they could work on is their timing. Sometimes we felt a bit rushed with our plates. I hope this restaurant gets back to the level we have experienced before. We really enjoyed it in the past.
