Exceptional meal with outstanding service. The wait staff makes you feel special and has great recommendations. Pace of meal was well timed which along with the outstanding food made for a wonderful evening.

The restaurant is a smaller restaurant right next to the Garden Shop and behind the Horticulture arrangements at the Bellagio.
Service was excellent and Greg from the service staff took very good care of me. The champagne and wine selection for wines by the glass is very good.
The appetizer of the “ ricotta gnudi” was a bit on the sour taste side, most likely due to the lemon butter - less lemon would be better in my opinion. I then had the halibut as a main course and the panna cotta for desert and both were excellent.
Overall, a great and more personal dining experience.

An 8:25pm reservation turned into 9pm as we we’re forgotten about by the hostess at the bar while waiting for our table.The food was good however the Tuna Tartare was completely flavourless considering all that was added. Considering the cost and the star rating this was probably one of my least favourite meals in Vegas in the last17 years. The service at the table was good.

My wife and I did the tasting menu, which consists of 7 or 8 courses with relatively smaller portions. It's pricey! Plan on spending at list $200 and upwards of $400 if you do the wine pairing and order the optional items. The best way to think of this meal is that it is an entertainment expense. The food was good, but short of excellent for me. The others at the table offered more raves. I was disappointed that no surprise added items were offered to the meal, as is often done in tasting menus. The venue is nice but hardly elegant. It was very easy to carry a conversation, which was a really big plus for me.

I have been to several Michael Mina restaurants including Bourbon Steak in Nashville (top of JW Marriott) 6 times. This location was not the experience I was expecting. Signature Tuna-tartar was good not wow - Octopus was salty... and no I didn’t add salt. Pricing, I realize it’s Las Vegas but seriously $55 for Halibut was the least expensive on the menu. I made the comment when we left It tasted like the chef must be on vacation ... this was not up to Michael Mina par. Service as always was excellent.

This was our 4th time here. Wonderful experience in the past. This time was just ok. Service started out slow. Had to wait and finally ask server where my wine was, purchased 2 prefix menus and 1 wine tasting. 1st course came and went before got my 1st wine, so I never got my first wine. Other tables were way ahead of us that got seated after us. Server asked if any food allergies or preferences, I told him I had an issue with mushrooms. He said don’t worry there are hardly any in the food, never touched 3rd course loaded with mushrooms, gave it to my husband. Not accommodating at all. Then he bragged about altering any menu item when we were done. WTH?
Definitely not worth $750 this time!

We ordered both tasting menus, and were disappointed. The amuse bouche was good, but unfortunately it all went downhill afterwards. The taste was off, either overseasoned (lobster pie) or underseasoned (sole, rib eye). The dishes severely lacked creativity and presentation. They didn't have the flair of fine dining. There were so many courses that required extra monetary supplements; at other Michelin places you usually get a different dish if you opt out of the supplement, but here you just don't get anything. Service was mostly good, but they did not use the crumb scraper until the dessert when clearly there were crumbs right after the bread was brought out. Overpriced for what you receive. Will not return.

Food was salty and over cooked. All the customers in dining room complained. After complaining about a dish staff seemed to treat as poorly. Manager only came around after my husband refused to continue with our tasting menu due to poor quality of food etc

Overall disappointing. This was my first Michelin star restaurant experience and it wasn’t good. The service was excellent, beautiful spot, beautiful plating but the food was subpar. We did the Summer Tasting Menu and paid (a lot) extra for the seafood course which was beyond disappointing. Not only was it nothing special but the shrimp were over cooked. The corn gazpacho was delicious and the raw starter was at least interesting with some unique variety but not outstanding. I was expecting to be blown away by the food.. maybe my expectations are too high. I’ve eaten at much better non-star restaurants.

The staff were wonderful though. Nothing against the excellent service!!

We love the service! Marcio S. , was excellent! The sommelier was really paying attention to the wines served! The food was great , the beer float was a bit off of us though, and ambiance is just right! Kudos to the crew of Mina!

They started shutting down and setting the restaurant for breakfast before we were even done with dinner. The staff was rude and continued cleaning around us despite us asking them to wait so we could finish our coffee without cleaning spray being sprayed around us

I usually give an excellent review to all the restaurants I eat at.
At this Michael Mina restaurant , I assume that everything would be delicious, and it was, until my entre. I had the fish, it was so salty, I could not finish my meal. I was not asked how it was either, or I would have told them. But the dessert made up for the entre, so I gave them a decent review.

This restaurant is great. You can't go wrong eating here. I met the executive chef who was very pleasant and informative. It is easy to see why the food is so good.

Food was amazing especially the Portuguese octopus and the Tandoori Red Snapper. Classics of phyllo sole and lobster pot pie were also yummy! Greg, our server/host was delightful! Highly recommend. Everything was outstanding!

We are a big fan of Michael Mina’s cuisine and this time was not dissappointed! Had rhe tasting menu which was exquisite and beautifully presented. Its my favorite restaurant in LV and one of the very top operations in the city.

We both tried the tasting menu, I had the Summer of Mina and he had the Signature. This was by far the best dinner experience I have ever had. I had to be more adventurous than usual (palate of a 3rd grader), but going out of my comfort zone was well worth it. We shared tastes of many of the treats. We did not opt for additions to the menu, although I did go for the $15 upcharge for the steak rather than the branzino. And I admit that I gave the entire squid portion to him without even trying it. But everything was delicious!! And we each had nice samplings, there was enough to share and each have a full taste experience. Everything was a highlight! And the taste of desserts at the end were perfect! Outstanding dinner!!
