Mia Bella Trattoria - Vintage Park Ratings and Reviews
We had a wonderful time at Mia Bella celebrating my husband’s birthday! Service was great, food was delicious, and they even had some surprises for my hubby! We had only previously visited for brunch and were pleased, so now knowing their dinner is great too, we will definitely be regular customers!
The staff took great care of us during the whole time we were there. Careful attention was paid to each person's needs (there were 13 of us); the food was outstanding; the atmosphere cheery and inviting. Highly recommend this restaurant!
Great internet reservation Exp. Excellent table stting, no wait; waiter was stretched too thin , he was pushy, attempt by on duty Mng. Too assist Provided 2L &1S dirty plate , she looked surprised on request to have them replaced..not good experience; will not return anytime soon..
Good food, really good variety. The service was likewise exceptional. Wood-fired over pizza was very good. However, management's curious decision not to attempt to control a screaming child at a nearby table made for a very stressful dining experience. I would therefore not recommend this restaurant if you want an adequate environment for a business or social engagement.
I can appreciate the warmth of the staff who are ready to greet and serve. Meeting and engaging with the managers was a PLUS. Everyone we encountered wanted to ensure our dining experience met and exceeded our expectations. The food also was quite tasty. We will surely return!!
The pasta was superb! It must be made fresh there in the kitchen, because it is like no other pasta that you will get anywhere. The service was some of the best we have had anywhere. We were a party of 7, and when our food was ready, there must have been 4 or 5 staff that hand-delivered everyone at once! The only negative that I can see is that they could probably use some shades or tinted windows because we were there at 530, and it was quite warm the whole time due to the large windows and nothing to shade the sun.
Tried the create your own pasta, and bingo!! Risotto with wild mushroom pesto, peas, spinach and grilled chicken - so yummy!! Their bread is so good also! Nice wine list. Great service. Comfortable and quiet. My new favorite restaurant!!
The food was delicious, I ate the seafood lasagna it was very nice. The service was ok, my daughter was given watered down lemonade, I guess they ran out she ended up getting pineapple juice but not her favorite. The focaccia bread was delicious especially because we were starving.
We have eaten at Mia Bella before and had an amazing meal and great service. This visit was awkward due to our server. He never mentioned the specials for the night, in fact we didn't know there were specials until after we ordered and heard another server sharing with his table. My son's pizza came out way before our entrees so he was bored and ready to leave when our main course arrived. Our entrees were over cooked because they were sitting under the lights long before we finished our salads. Overall just a disappointing night.
I was there for a business meal / renewal of an old friendship. The food was wonderful, the choices for lunch were terrific. The service was the friendliest I've ever seen, with the hostess and wait staff all smiling and seemingly enjoying their jobs. Service was "stealthy," that is, never interrupting, or hanging over us at the table, but very attentive. This is how a restaurant should be run.
I made a reservation and took the family there for Mother's Day. There was a special Mother's Day menu, and Mia Bella Vintage Park was already sold out of Short Ribs by 6:45PM. Very disappointing, as we were looking forward to enjoying this on Mother's Day, and why we specifically went to this restaurant. Once you are seated and order, and then the waitstaff returns later to say that what you ordered is not available, it is too late to leave and find another nice dinner for Mother's Day. It would have been an enjoyable meal if the staff was prepared for their menu and had enough food, or if we would have been advised when the menu was presented.
We had an early Mother's Day celebration this past weekend. We were surprised that we were put in the private dining "wine" room, although not requested, it was a very pleasant surprise! Our waitresses that evening were phenomenal and truly appreciate the very attentive service given. The food was delicious! Everyone in our party of 10 was extremely happy with their meal!
The last couple of times we have eaten at Mia Bella's in Vintage have been a disappointment. The service is average at best and the food has slowly gone from inspired and fresh to bland and arriving lukewarm at our table. Wine list is fine. When they first opened it was really a wonderful unique Italian restaurant with a unique menu lots of delicious seafood dishes and the usual traditional entrees, but the menu is very tired now and the food preparation has changed for whatever reason and the dishes are just not as good as they use to be. The waitstaff is not as personable as it was in the past and not nearly as attentive as before. Definitely a step down from what it use to be. Now it is just average in my opinion. It is still a descent place to dine if you want pasta. Just not exceptional anymore.
The Easter buffet was not as advertised. The create your own omelette station consisted of filling out a card with ingredients at your table only to be told that you were limited to only 2 per omelette (WHAT?). The buffet line was poorly laid out and there was congestion at the front door because of this. The food was mediocre at best, and somewhat under seasoned. After waiting in line it was disappointing to find that several items needed replenishing. Unfortunately, this was our first and last time visiting.
