Always liked the food. Still good. Appetizers: Calamari, bruschetta--excellent. Chopped salad superb. Pasta was very tasty. I forgot about the service. Not the assistants --they were on top of it. The waiters and the maitre d/host. I wrote a note that is was birthday dinner, we wanted a corner table--only Opentable place that ignored the note! But I remembered that it happened before here. Waiter confused the wine and did not remember about the allergies we discussed--weird. But I remembered how arrogant the leadership is. Still wonderful food, if you can navigate the egos and the lack of attention to details. I have to remember not to go back.
We LOOOOVE this place. The vibe is great. The service is always so good. And the food is some of my favorite. I chose this for my birthday dinner because I really love everything about it.
Great place a little wait but worth it
My experience at Mi Piace is perplexing. First, the food was fantastic. Both of our dishes were delicious with a great presentation. The food met our expectations. However, there were some small details that could have made my review a lot better. First, when we were seated, they forgot to give us menus. My wife and chatted for a while and we didnt notice that we didnt have menus. Which leads to my next point, no waiter check on us for a food order. We had to wave someone down to give us a menu. When we ordered, we ordered some of their delicious bread, but they forgot to bring it to us. Our salad and main dishes arrived and we had no bread. I dont know why the service was inconsistent, they seemed to be very crowded that evening, but these are small details that could have improved the experience as a whole. I guess I would recommend the place, but go on a night that is not crowded.
I realize it was a Saturday night and it was busy they need to figure out how to give better service when it’s really busy. I asked for a few things and did not get them in any reasonable amount of time or they were not brought. I gave a 15% tip. I usually give 20%. Our waitress was really sweet and friendly. Food is amazing!
Baby shower brunch

We loved this place thirty years ago when we lived in the area and frequented here for special friends and family gatherings as well as dates. We came back and loved every minute of our meal! Especially the Cesar salad, hamburger and fettuccine alfredo-so yummy and light! Truly a gem of a place still after 30 years!
First time guest at this well established restaurant with delightful food and service!
Delayed presentation of food. Waitress could have been a bit more attentive. (Past experience has been better )
Mi Piace ruined my birthday celebration. I consider this a management’issue. The wait staff were trying very hard, but overwhelmed. We arrived early for reservation and seated after 40 minutes. ( they did try to squeeze us in an unsatisfactory table), we ordered two drinks at same time recognizing it would take awhile before waiter could return, Water took over 30 minutes. The food was good. Everything else terrible. My advice stay away stay away during Coronavirus. Mi Piace ca not even handle a busy Sunday evening. This was one of my favorite places - no more.
The spaghetti and lasagna were absolutely incredible but unfortunately once again the service was horrific
Food is very over rated, and not nearly the quality compared to many years ago. Getting a side of pasta with a dish is a red flag of cheap “Italian” food and low quality. Understaffed, and had to wait a long time between ordering, delivery. Booths were ragged. Wait staff didn’t appear to have time to check in with us and I had to ask several times to order, for the food, and bill. This happened last time I was here as well. Too many tables crammed in there. All indicative of poor management.
