WE go to Mi Dia often. The place was quite busy as usual. Our server was really good but food was slow coming out of the kitchen. This is unusual for them. The food was well prepared however. The drinks are always good. They had some hatch chile offerings that were great.

We love Mí Dia and been here many times. This trip was a little off. People who sat down after us got their chips and salsa before us. We ordered drinks it took forever to get them, our food was served with the drinks. The Michelada mix was not good. The sopapillas did not taste fresh. They seem a bit stale. On my reservation I mentioned it was a birthday celebration but there was no mention of that. The food was good. As I said just probably an off night. I would go back and I do recommend. I will have better luck next time.

Extremely poor service, have been here many times but service from all involved…from greeter to wait staff was poor and obvious there was no concern for issues. Was bumped several times by wait staff carrying trays to other tables, took extremely long to be served (over an hour) and wait staff paid no attention to empty drinks.

Ordered Queso as an appetizer. It came out quickly and the waiter took our entrée's order at that time. We had the queso about 5 minutes when our entrées were delivered to our table. Never like it when the main course is delivered prior to our appetizer being close to finished, the waiter should have known better. I still tipped him 30%, but next time that happens I am sending the entrées back or requesting the appetizer be removed from the bill. Anyone that's been a server knows better. Poor training or execution, as a regular customer I expect better.

Food was great. We took some friends that have never been. Could have been the worse Server I have ever had. She didn’t speak clear she made no attempt to explain the menu or make any drink suggestions. I tipped well as usual but this person had no business serving in a restaurant of this caliber. We stopped at one drink because she had no knowledge of the drink menu or ingredients. Very disappointing service all together

We waited at Bar for 1 hour for table which was fine. Bartender was GREAT and very attentive. Tried different drinks that he recommended. After 1 hour we got our table. Food was great but service was slow and the waiter would just disappear and rarely check on us. We would see him just standing over near counter talking with other waiters and would have to waive him down when we needed something. Drinks are expensive but good, Hatch special is phenomenal. Would have been an outstanding evening if service had been what you would expect.

A reservation just puts you in line but does not guarantee seating at that time. We were at a nice corner table, and the noise was still a lot. Our food came out so quickly that I felt rushed when we were trying to enjoy some time with friends. Order drinks … wait for them to arrive. Then order an appetizer … wait for it to arrive. Then order dinner … all to pace your time there. The food was very good!

Had early reservation at 4:45 and the waitress was very slow in taking order for drinks and several minutes before we received. It wasn't crowded. It was then we ordered appetizers & again service was slow. We were ready to leave then because she took a long time to come back & take order for dinner. We saw others around us that came in after we did that had their dinners delivered before our order was taken. The food was good but service stunk.

Absolutely wonderful!!! We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday here and the manager and staff were incredible!!! I came with a big two tiered cake that needed some silly action figures placed on it before it came out. The manager took it upon herself to place the decorations and made sure everything was perfect before it arrived at our table. So awesome!! The food was sooooo goood! My husband is Mexican and we moved from LA so finding good Mexican has been a challenge for him. This place is awesome! The carne Asada was so good!! Loves the table side guacamole! They add bacon, I was skeptical but omg it’s bomb! We will visit again soon!!! Thanks guys!

We made a reservation several days prior because we had also bought tickets to catch a movie after dinner. We arrived on time and checked in with the hostess. We waited 30 minutes in spite of our reservation to be seated and in the meantime they seated 3 walk ins ahead of us. After the second walk in I said something to the hostess and they assured me we would be next. However someone else walked in and a female hostess said something to the male hostess about us being next but he said no go ahead and seat the other couple. We were standing right there and heard him. I couldn’t believe it. I said something to him and he said he would get to us next. Not sure what good having a reservation really did since he was picking and. choosing walk ins ahead of us. We were a little late getting to our movie but our server at the table was wonderful and got our order in quickly for us.

With a reservation at 5:45 for a table for 4, we weren't seated after almost an hour wait. Friday was probably not a good idea, but we had out of towers and had to work around their travel arrangements.

When i checked in for my reservation there was a lobby full of people waiting. The hostess acted as if I did not have a reservation when I checked in and presented me with an option, instead, to sit at the weird table right by the hostess stand. Terrible customer service these OpenTable reservations mean nothing to them.

The signature drink was delicious, and the rellano and steak tasted amazing. Service was great until the end. The server offering a to go box while we are actively eating and also taking away our delicious queso before we finished was what brought down the rating.
