Mezzo Bistro and Wine

We love Mezzo Bistro. I think most restaurants, this one included, are still trying to deal with the "new" normal. Service was a little slower than normal. Wine was a bit warmer than it should have been. But overall, very good. Food was excellent and ambience very nice.

We walked in and it wasn’t busy. The server got our drinks and we ordered. It took forever to get the food and once we got it was cold.

Mezzo Bistro is always a great place for a relaxing meal with good food, and the employees have always been friendly and attentive.

I highly recommend this restaurant whenever you're in the Las Vegas area. The food was incredible -- everything was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious and came out steaming hot (which usually doesn't happen).

All our food was excellent and we will definitely go again. Our service was not great. Our dining companions are fussy and I warned our server ahead of time, plus they were also late. Not sure if these two things contributed to the lack-luster service or not, but we won’t let that stop us from going again. The restaurant is cute and has a nice ambiance, although it did seem like they were over the 50% seating mandate, but having never been before, I could be wrong. We had a much needed, long time coming, lovely evening out.

We made reservations for a wine tasting/pairing dinner that night. The three wine were all Italian, one white (2015 Vermantino di Toscana by Ghibello) two red (a 2018 Chianti Classico from Ghibello and a 2015 Montecucco Rosso from Via Costello). They were all very good pairings with the food. The overall experience was fantastic! We consider Mezzo a "hidden gem" and will visit them many more times.

We love the antipasto salad and the eggplant parmesan, those are always our go-to items here. The place was busy when we were there which I think is great with everything that's happened over the last year. We love this restaurant and try to visit as often as possible.

Always great food and great service… They even have gluten-free options for my wife which is always amazing.

Everything was great. One suggestion is to have the place a I little more light. It was to dark.

We had reservations and were seated right away to a nice table not too close to other dinners. the service and food were great and at a very fair price. We like going there and have been back many times.

Overall considered this a mediocre dinner. Have had dinner there before and thought it was better then. Service was poor in that our server was nice but he was also the bartender and also was taking phone orders so had little time for our table. There were several other servers standing around but none seemed to want to help. Food was OK, but not to our taste. I had the baked ziti and wife had the chicken marsala. Ziti needed more flavor - I paid $3 more for sausage and had difficulty finding any sausage. Marsala was probably OK, but not to my wife's taste. Servings were large and we took home half of our dinners, intending to eat them the next day, but decided we didn't really like them and chucked them.

Very good service, and value. It was happy hour and we ordered off the regular menu for seafood and pastas. Nice evening with friends on a Monday evening.

This was our first visit and enjoyed it very much. The waiter was most attentive and continually came back to our table to see if all was good. They have a nice list of nightly specials-- I had the bacon-wrapped Prawn appetizer. Delicious. The entree menu and the nightly specials were very inviting. You have lots of choices, many of which of course, are Italian-type cuisine. But you have other choices a well. I had the delicious chicken dinner special. Two observations: It was quite crowded- we had a corner booth so that was great. But these days, we still have to be careful. And for an Italian restaurant, the Italian wines were somewhat linited. Other than that, great. We will be back. Thanks

We had a party of three and everyone loved their entree. Desert was a bust. Sadly the creme brulee was little custard and mostly caramelized sugar (very thick). The service was great in the beginning but went down hill after entrees were served. Waiters spend a lot of time talking to each other in the corner. I will try this place again because the entrees were that good, and I realize every restaurant can have an off night.

The food was better than my previous visit, to a very good level. I believe the restaurant has improved a lot and I will go there again. Service was really good. Wine selection was good, beer a little limited but ok.

Food flavor is consistently wonderful at home or at the restaurant.

Food is always good....Armand was a great waiter! A little disappointed that they didn’t follow the 35% capacity rule.

Our fifth or sixth visit. Service from Ally was excellent, appetizers and entrees were superbly prepared.

We loved EVERYTHING!! Best Italian foot in Vegas! The ambiance is like an Italian restaurant in Boston’s North End. Feels like home. 🍝❤️

My husband and I had a wonderful meal. This is a great neighborhood restaurant to have a lovey Italian meal. Not having to drive all the way to the strip is an absolute plus. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I went here for our 21st Anniversary, food was excellent as always.

Excellent dinner once again. We got chicken Marsala, shrimp fra diavolo and linguini with white clam sauce. All delicious.

Always a pleasure to visit our favorite waitresses/waiters/staff/owner when we go. Trivia nights are especially fun. Glad to see Mezzo making it through 2020.
