Meze Greek Fusion has a full bar and lounge in an open air area and also offers a sidewalk patio that overlooks the city. This business gets five stars for several reasons. Not only is the food delicious, the happy hour reasonable, and the wait staff fantastic, but they are also an honest business. Honesty these days is hard to come by. This restaurant management and wait staff could have profited off my mistake but took the high road. Eight of us went to the restaurant to eat before a comedy show. We went for happy hour and then were seated for dinner. Our waitress, Kayeligh, was absolutely delightful and very helpful. We all had different meals and not a single person complained about their meal. I might add, that for a gaslamp restaurant, their prices were very reasonable. I had Pasta Lahano and oh, was it delectable. It had Penne pasta, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomato, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, onion, feta cheese. Despite being pasta, it was light and the vegetables were fresh. They take great pride in the preparation of their food. However, I regress. When we left, we were in a hurry to get to the theater, I was left to pay the bill and in my rush to get out, I didn't add the meal and the tip properly to get the right total. My mistake was heavily in favor of the restaurant. But, a week later when I was going through receipts and discovered my mistake... I checked my credit card online and discovered that Meze had CORRECTED my mistake and charged me the proper amount! So, I can highly recommend this business not just because it's a great restaurant, but because it's an honest business. Thank you, Meze.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The menu is quite large. There are hot and cold small plates. Some people seemed to be ordering all small plates to share and taste a variety of items while others enjoyed large entrees. My husband and I started with some of the specialty cocktails which were wonderful. My husband and I split a small plated of grilled octopus. It was so tender and perfectly prepared. I had an entree of fettuccine with shrimp, tomatoes, cheese and ouzo and my husband had the gyro and a side Greek salad. Everything was delicious. Our service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and especially the grilled octopus! I would definitely make a reservation because this restaurant seemed to get quite crowded.

Good restaurant down town. Vegetarian friendly, great atmosphere and decor. Came early, and not overly crowded. Waitstaff attentive.
